Mark is a great real estate agent and a great person. My wife and I are very picky when it comes to what we like in a house. Mark took us around to many, many houses over a 6+ month time period… I wouldn’t be surprised if it was over 100. He never lost his patience with us and remained with us until we finally found a great house.
He is also very knowledgeable. When he gives you information about the real estate process, you can tell he is drawing from many years of experience.
He’s not the typical fly by night guy that does real estate as a part time job in addition to another full time job. He’s not in it for a quick buck. He will be with you for the long haul.

Mark is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He answered all of our questions about current market conditions and trends, property locations, and offered creative negotiating advice to help close the purchase of our home. I liked that i could ask him what his personal opinion was of a particular topic but in the end he wanted to know what was highest on our list of criteria. Another plus is his personality while very businesslike and professional is also one that makes people feel comfortable. Great Realtor and highly recommended!

Mark DeGennaro is a very informed professional Real Estate Agent. He sold my home in record time for the asking price…385 000…Then hee not only came all the way to Auburn area to assist me in the search for my retirement home but found a great little place in Elk Grove for me during the transition time. He was patient and very good at determining what my preferences were and not wasting my time looking at places that wouldnt suit my needs. I would highly suggest you call him for your real estate needs.

Mark is great! I had never sold a home before and as fate would have it I had to sell 2 houses within a few months. Both homes sold quickly with no complications. One of the sales was a 1031 real estate exchange (rental property) which is a very complicated process. Mark was very knowledgeable and the transaction was completed flawlessly. My son had retained another agent when purchasing a home and when that transaction began to fall apart I contacted Mark. He was able to put that deal back on track and was a huge help even though he didn’t receive a commision. Mark is very knowledgable, thorough and honest. I would highly recommend Mark for any of your real estate needs.
