Fast forward to today the actual day of the event I got a call before they opened to ask for a final count and to take my pizza order. At this point I had been happy with the service that had been provided.
Once we get to the restaurant at the time we scheduled our reservation (where we were told our area would be set up for us) we walk into a packed restaurant with no tables ready for our party of 20. At that point I had to wait In line to ask if our tables were ready and had to wait for the worker to ask his manager and then he was sent out to set up. Set up took almost 15 minutes after they asked us what we thought would be best as if they didn’t know how to set up their own area. Once that was complete I had to ask if our pizzas that we had pre-​ordered were ready and of course they were not!
Now we are waiting with eight children with nothing to do so we decided to open gifts and once that was done they start to bring out the plates but still no pizza! Ten minutes later we have pizza and plates but no drinks.
During my conversation with the manager this morning over the phone I asked could I order two pitchers of beverages and was told they do not offer pitchers and that I had to purchase cups but that I would only be charged for the kids drinks. That was not the case when it came time to pay and I really feel they should offer other options for drinks then paying two dollars a cup for larger parties, when the amount that I paid could have covered another pizza. Not to mention they had no lids for drinks and we’re very low on straws.
Once my husband paid he was told they were sorry for the service and if they could speak with me (his wife). I went to the front and was also given an apology but it was then followed up with we just don’t want any bad reviews! Well that’s exactly what you are going to get!
I have never been to this location and only picked it as it was in close proximity to the other business we had the first part of my daughters party at, but I can guarantee you we will never come to this location again.

Rude service & never gets order right, and when you say something about it you can hear the rude girl in the back loudly complaining about having to do her job. Never going againZ

If I could leave a no star review I would. This is the SECOND time that we have placed a delivery order with this location, received confirmation emails of the order, and our account was charged. We waited two hours the first time, only to call in and be told that our order was never placed. Weird. We were hungry so we shrugged it off and went with another option. This time, we put in our order at 4:08 pm, received the confirmation emails by 4:10, and our account was promptly charged. Estimated wait time was 80 mins. Okay. We waited until an hour and 30 mins had passed until calling in and a girl told us that the delivery guy was out and our order should be there soon. 6pm rolls around and still no pizza. So we call in again, only to be told our order was never placed. Yes, we made sure we were calling the correct location (it lists the phone number next to the charge on our account). So they get a manger/​supervisor on the line, and my husband is of course irritated but respectfully asks that they refund our money. Does not say a word around the horrible service. They do not offer anything to compromise, or apologies for their system failure. Then, the male manager hangs up on my husband without confirmation that this will be done. So my husband calls back, asks to speak to the same manager, points out that he was hung up on, and would like a confirmation for the refund. The manager than says we will get one, but he doesn’t know when. But we will get a confirmation email. We won’t be surprised if we never get that either! This was the worst customer service we have ever experienced from a restaurant. Being a manager myself I understand how challenging difficult customers can be, however we were anything but. We just wanted our dinner, and wanted our money back because we didn’t receive it as promised. We used to love this place but will now take our business elsewhere. Hope this place comes under better management soon.

Ordered my pizza over an hour ago and I’m STILL waiting. I ordered through Eat 24 and the wait time for delivery was estimated to be 45 – 60 (totally normal). I got an email saying the wait would be an hour and 40 minutes so I called and said I wanted to pick it up instead. The guy told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago. Ridiculous. I have never in my life waited over an hour for pizza that I picked up. Only reason I didn’t say never mind and go somewhere else is because I have already waited so long for my food. Pretty sure they didn’t even put my pizza in the oven until after I paid when I got here.

Amazingly, this place can’t find their backside with both hands. Went to use a fund raiser coupon that their organization supplied… their store is listed… but neither of the fine staff members (one was the manager) that spoke English as a second language could figure it out. Rather than scream into the wind, I just placed my order at Lampost down the street.

Customer service is horrendous on multiple occasions! Calling multiple times and wait over 10 min on hold is not acceptable. Waiting over an hour and thirty minutes for your pizza is unheard of. The first time poor customer service, second time even worse, we will not be returning! Take your business elsewhere.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MOUNTAIN MIKES!!! We love the Mountain Mikes pizza but the service here is terrible. I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt but after my second negative experience ordering here in 5 days (!) I refuse to order from them again.
Both times we ordered over the phone and BOTH TIMES waited over an hour and 20 min for delivery! As waiting an hour can be assumed as acceptable, we waited another 20 min only to confirm by phone that our order had yet to be placed. I requested to speak with a manager and the woman on the phone was very elusive giving me a fake name. I presume this was in an attempt to avoid being reprimanded so I continued by saying I was going to come in to the business and speak personally with them and she coped out by offering the pizza at a discounted rate. Both times the explanation was that the business was «so busy that they could not attend to our delivery order». Please save time calling this place and go to 8690 Elk Grove Blvd as their experience was exactly what should be expected from a delivery service. Ironically, when contacted the Elk Grove guy attending our order said «yea, we hear this all the time .» Call them instead, you will be happier saving time and actually eating your pizza.

They took forever to make one pizza plus its pricy & customer service sucks. I decided to get my money back and go somewhere else.

The sign says…“Try Them All!” for the lunch buffet. I asked the girl to make a snowy alps pizza and she tells me that they don’t take requests for pizza. Wow. I’ll give them one star for the pizza.

Normally I love mountain mikes but I recently placed an order and the pizza was so dry, a bit burnt and there was literally one to two pepperonis on each slice of pizza when I called to speak to the manager he wouldn’t speak to me and spoke through his employee monique he said that the pizza was perfect and that he wasn’t going to do anything for me. All I wanted was to have my pizza re-​made but that was clearly out of the question. I love mountain mikes so I won’t discourage anyone from going there however do NOT go to this location. The one on elk grove Blvd is by far better in quality and customer service.

I have to update my review. I stopped again today and again it was a very good Pizza. The service was great as well. I ordered online and when I came in my order was in the system and being made. I had a nice lady behind the counter named Dal wait on me. She was very pleasant and wanted to make sure I was taken care of and if there was anything else I needed. She double check my order and my payment. She wanted to be sure I was not being double charged. The place was well organize and running smoothly. The salad bar looked fresh and it was full. It was my 2^nd time and they are showing they are consistent.
I dont understand all of the negative reviews. I am a food guy and they do it well. Do yourself a favor when reading the negative reviews. Read the quality and quantity of reviews of the reviewer. It seems that there are many review written by people that have very few or even 1 reviews and they only write low grading reviews! They give good Unilocalers a bad name! We all make mistakes and technology is sometimes not our friend!
They is much better than Round Table and an other place in the area for that matter! As long as them keep doing what they have done for me I will keep coming back!

Horrible service. Thought I was saving some money but ended up being pricey.
Their on-​line ordering is thru a third party, horrible service and extremely frustrating. Their on-​duty managers have no authority to do any kind of change or cancellation or decision making. Takes over a week to get a refund? Dont know how they are in business. Will never go here again!

Ordered online from this location on 8÷28÷15. Large pie and small salad. Total with delivery fee: $ 34.78. A bit pricey, but it was my choice.
On the plus side, the delivery time was fast for a Friday night. They got it to us within 35 minutes. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends.
On the down side, I never received an email confirmation, so I was left guessing if they even got the order. And while the pizza was ok, I was seriously underwhelmed by the paucity of ingredients. Seriously, it looked like the amount of ingredients a good pizza shop would put on a small pizza, spread out to cover a large pie.

Pizza: good. Not great. Round table is WAY better. Vegetarian. Raw tomatoes which was weird. And at the time of this review, it’s August plenty if ripe tomatoes abound! The tomatoes were not ripe. The tomatoes seemed to have been placed on the pie after it was cooked. Again, weird. Tasted good.
Medium pie $ 18.00. Pricey.
Store: clean.
Service: uninterested. Not bad, but the guy could care less.

I’m changing my review because the owner of this establishment is amazing. She has gone out of her way to make me feel like an important customer! The pizza is always good and I’m sure with a few more training bugs worked out, Dell will have a wonderful place to dine or get delivery from. 3.5 stars now for majorly improving!

Wow. I am AMAZED by the quality of food and service here. The food here is legit, and this place does real justice to the Mountain Mikes brand. LOVE THE GARLIC BREADSTiCKS!!! My other faves include the snowy alps and the chicken club. Much better than any other Mountain Mikes I’ve ever been too. Also, the employees are all so patient and helpful… delivery service is great too! PROTIP for parties: If you have a party coming in and order most of your pizzas beforehand, pizza will be served super shortly. What more could you ask for?

Terrible, terrible, terrible… I decided to come to this location for a buffet and quickly realized I had made a big mistake.
Service was non-​existent, I was hardly recognized upon entry and waited 5 minutes before I could be helped. The lady was nice, but she seemed in a rush.
The buffet was beyond terrible, the pizza was cold and as I sat here writing this no new pizza was issued. Another patron asked when would they be bringing out more pizza because the pizza sitting there was warm and hard. The lady responded in just a moment.
Well, I am still waiting, no pizza, no breadsticks, but a fresh salad to replace the old salad no one was eating. Even worse I paid $ 9.81 for this buffet and the Mountain Mikes up the street only charges $ 7.60. They don’t even answer the phones… It’s unbelievable.
I will never return to this location ever! They still haven’t brought out any new pizza –_​_​_​– well there goes my lunch break…

Before I begin, I want to give a major shout out for ALEX FIATOA for his terrific customer service. (This is for YOU, Boss Man.)
I look forward to the nights that I happen to be working late with the rest of the staff and get to order pizza for everyone as a «thank you» for all of their incredible hard work. Each time that happens, I order from Mountain Mikes. The staff are always friendly over the phone, the pizzas are always tasty, and the wait is never ridiculously long; but TONIGHT really stands out, and it’s because of Alex.
Ya see… I have a problem… and that problem is that I order WAY too much food than a normal human being can actually consume. I do this often, and I fear there’s no end in sight. I digress, however.
The point, is that I was about to order 3 «mountain sized» pizzas for only 12 people (Fun Fact: 1 Mountain Size pizza feeds 8 – 12 pizza on it’s own.) Alex graciously interupted my order to make sure I knew exactly WHAT I was ordering– and we already established that I did in fact, NOT. He took the time to describe each size. He did this to make sure my pizza order wasn’t running over $ 100. Good lookin’ out!
In summary: this guy deserves a bonus or a raise. =]
P. S. — I mentioned it at the beginning, but the pizza always hits the spot! Do YOURSELF A BLESSING, and order the Snowy Alps, no sausage, add sundried tomatoes. Best. Pizza. Ever.

Mountain mikes is one of my favorite pizza joints because of their tiny crispy pepperoni’s!!! only thing is they are so expensive, but I always use coupons or order on their 40% off tuesdays and 25% off sundays. this place is new and I’m glad they opened up because they re now closer to me. there arnt much mountain mikes around as it is already. it’s usually pretty dead in here as most pizza places, but they had a lot of deliveries I seen while waiting for my pizza. it’s located in a small busy plaza. it’s slow so customer service is usually good and it shpuld be good anyways!

Pizza tasted bad. Not enough sauce on the pizza. There was no pineapple available to put on my pizza. Also what disguised me the most was the molded cheese in a shaker bottle. The place was really dirty. There was no compensation for the bad service. I would not come back again.
