I had the pleasure of working with Paige on a recent real estate transaction. As a local lender I work with many agents, and can attest to the fact that Paige is a top notch realtor. She really takes a personal approach and has a passion for what she does.
If you are looking for an agent that will truly care about doing what is best for you and who will consider your sale or purchase as an opportunity to provide a service, then Paige is a great choice.

I had an opportunity to work with Paige on a Real Estate transaction. As a broker in business for over 11 years, I know a good Agent when I see one, and I think highly of Paige. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the local real estate market, tech savvy and responsive in communication. I highly recommend Paige to anyone.

Paige Nguyen is an amazing agent, what I love most is her ability have visionary effect for everything but most important she’s completely professional. As a first time home buyer I was scared that the process of buying a home would be overwhelming and that my agent would push me to buy outside my budget; which I have greatly expressed to her that was my fear, an agent with the wrong intentions. She really took my feelings into consideration and what I had soon to learn was that Paige was NOT like the other agents I had gone through prior to her. She spent countless hours listening to my wants and needs for a first home, taking me to various types of housing on the market to really understand the city. As she took me to view houses, she made me feel free to speak my mind and quickly learned my likes and dislikes without ‘hurting’ her feelings, this translated into less wasted time for me and for her. Win Win situation!
Once I made an offer on a home, she remained in constant contact updating me about negotiations, the closing time line, what to do and what to expect — lets keep in mind this was a short sale home and time frame on those bad boys can linger for months. I had no idea all the things I should know when buying a house, but thankfully I had an agent who was on top of her game and kept detail files and gave me copies of everything, she even worked with me after hours. Any questions or concerns I had during any time of the day or night she was greatly happy to answer my calls or responds to my texts and at this point it wasn’t just that she was my agent she became my friend.
Long story short, she got me into escrow and closed my new home in less than 2 months! Unbelievable right? Nope, I had all hopes going into this with Paige, she was so reassuring and confident in her work not only herself but the group of team she had working with her and it made me feel confident in them. What blew me away was how fast, efficiently, and accommodating they are with me as a young single woman, busy with school, work, and constant unavailable clashing schedules.
I’m amazed by the details she took into doing everything for me, from taking me to look and scoping out the homes, to how easy so made it for me in explaining to help me understand each step of the process, and the best part — when she told me short sold homes were a long process that could be a minimum of 3−5mos or even dragged on longer … she did it in TWO MONTHS. Amazed! I can’t thank her and her team enough for what they have brought to me and my new found life in this amazing new home!
I strongly recommend using Paige for your real estate needs she won’t let you down, what ever it is you need she can provide, and if she doesn’t know you bet that she will do her homework and research it day and night and get an answer to you. Shes such a hard working and an amazing person and an even better agent. Whats more better than an honest Realtor, an even better character with the best intentions rather than working on commission. Shes your go to Realtor I can bet on that!
