Dr. Whitnack is amazing! My husband went to him for a root canal today. It was more complicated than the typical root canal because it was on a front tooth, and my husband has a bridge attached to that tooth. The slightest misstep on the doctor’s part could have led to a broken bridge (which would be another $ 5K in dental work!). Needless to say, my husband was very nervous.
But Dr. Whitnack and his staff were great! My husband said that he didn’t even feel the shots to numb his mouth, and HE FELL ASLEEP while the doctor was doing the root canal! There was no pain; Dr. Whitnack was very gentle and very quick. My husband was totally amazed when they told him they were almost done. He has had other root canals in the past that were very painful, and he had expected the same this time — but was very pleasantly surprised! Best of all, the bridge was undamaged, so no expensive work is needed there!
We would recommend Dr. Whitnack to anyone who needs a root canal. He did a great job.
