I miss judged the biggby coffee shop, good people, the iced Frappuccinos are not to sweet and strong tasting like Starbucks Coffee, the price of coffee products are about the same price of Starbucks and that’s ok to me. You buy a few drinks it pays to use there free WiFi as they say, but that’s fine. Music is a little loud, but that’s so people can chat oh and it’s cold in here but that’s because it’s busy in here. The atmosphere is bright and homey, and 1 TV for the none tech savvy people.

I love my Biggby! Everyone there knows me and what I want before I even get in the door!!! The staff is always smiling and happy. My favorite is the Mint Mocha latte.

Stopped in while passing through on a road trip. The interior was clean and pleasantand the staff as friendly and eager to take our order. We ordered an Americano and iced espresso. Both tasted great and were made quickly and efficently. We were a bit worried about coming due to the other reviews but it looks as though they were groundless because we left completely satisfied.

And, I was maybe a bit too happy to have a coffee shop that remains open later than 4PM.
The other reviews are accurate – scripted and frustrating small talk; customers who are too busy chatting w/​one another or their visiting friends to take a simple order, prices that don’t make sense given the quality of the product. Oh, and gnats. I’ve been swatting gnats this whole visit.
Additionally, the noise levels are absurd. Between the workers, the overly loud music, and the TV (which is currently set to C-​SPAN), it’s just about impossible to block it out and enjoy a productive hour.
I won’t be back.

So I thought I would give the Elkhart location another try.
I have learned my lesson that I will only go to the South Bend/​St. Joseph location. The ladies at the Elkhart location were too busy in their own conversation to even wait on any customers. A lot of unnecessary chatting going on about guys.
I was surprised to find that this location offers egg breakfast sandwich, because other locations that I have gone to don’t offer egg. I was scared after using their restroom to order anything that they had to handle. I got a Tall coffee.

I have put up with their creepy scripted small talk, getting into arguments over why I wanted brewed coffee over their lattes, and sometimes poorly made coffee for long enough. This morning I sat in the drive through for a while waiting for someone to come over the speaker to take my order. I finally pulled up to look in the window to see if anyone was working. Just some guy sitting on the counter playing with his phone. Probably tweeting about how stupid his job is. Management should take notes from the Michigan stores. Or better yet just give up.
