There’s a bit of a wait sometimes but they never messed up my order.
If you want Long John Silver’s in the evening, keep in mind they shut down the fryers at 10 PM.

At times I can be a bit impatient. So I must say, on this visit, I simply could not bear to endure the seemingly never ending wait for food. I visited their drive thru.
Warning flag #1, they have a cement «barrier?» that prevents you from leaving the drive thru once you enter. This would be O.K. if it started at the point where you place your order. This location, however, starts WAAAYYYY BAACK. So when you enter the drive thru, you better be ready to commit to getting their food. So I reluctantly enter the «gate» for some food. And then I wait. And wait. A car pulls up behind me and I’m mad because if they weren’t there I could at least put my car in reverse and escape.
But no, I wait. And wait. And wait. Ten minutes in and the line NEVER MOVES.
Hold up, someone got food. So the line inches forward. And we wait. And we wait. I begin to wonder how much damage would be done to the under carriage of my car if I tried to jump that concrete barrier. And was it worth it since even AFTER I get a chance to place my order (which I have not done YET) there would be AT LEAST 5 cars in front of me. Seriously, your gas tank better be on ‘Full’ if you plan on waiting in this drive thru line.
Just before the menu board where you place your order, maybe the law told them they HAD to open the concrete barrier to allow people to escape. I was able to slip out of line to freedom, after wasting almost 20 minutes.
If I ever go back which is unlikely, I’ll park and walk in. I don’t commit crimes in part because I don’t want to go to jail. I don’t go to drive thru’s that are prisons, either.

Waited 20 mins for three tacos and still not ready. I went up to the counter and found out they never put in my order. They were taking forever to do other customers orders too.

I had stop going to this one for almost a year. I have gone twice during the past two wks and bought hot tacos. Much improved! and will go again but my fav store location is on Candler Road between I-​285 and South Dekalb Mall

But, twice I’ve not been able to eat the sour cream and guacomole containers they give with the food. I saw dirt and hair in them. Like they leave the caps off the condiments for awhile while they sweep, dust, etc…
I don’t know how they get dirt in them. But, that’s gross. I can’t eat that. So I will never eat at this location, since I can’t get the crap down without the condiments.
