5 stars for the great hours. 4 stars for the selection of wines and liquor that they have to offer. 3 stars due to the lack of any good sales. That averages out to 4 stars, so that’s what I’m going with.

Everything you want in your go-to liquor store. Quick in and out, decent prices, a little bit of everything. And great hours too (open early-9am, to 12am on weeknights and 2am on the weekends). Schweet.

Finding this place was a happy accident aided by GPS (and you’ll certainly want one to find it). We were bemoaning the blue laws keeping liquor stores from selling alcohol on Sundays in Carroll County. However, the third place we called was just over the border in Howard County — success!
The clientele were a little sketchy, but the staff friendly. The selection was surprisingly good given the size — we found some unusual gems, like Limoncello Cream Liqueur. (Yum.)
