I’ve been going to this salon for 18 years. Mary Ann is wonderful person and stylist and has helped me with challenging hair :). Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I have a lot of hair, very straight with cowlicks everywhere. It is not easy to work with. But Karen F. cuts it beautifully and I am complimented all the time on the cut and color. Karen originally fixed my hair after I wrecked it trying to color it at home. I have been to many salons over the years but I feel very loyal to Symmetry now. Everyone there is caring and accommodating. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I messed my hair up pretty good with a do-​it-​at-​home dye job and Bev did an emergency fix. It was pretty time consuming (and expensive), but she worked with me to get my hair to a normal shade with as little damage to my hair as possible. This place was definitely a life saver!

Sarah did an amazing job with my hair today; she did a subtle blonde ombré highlight and it looks great! She was friendly and a great stylist, and I’m so pleased with the results. Sarah took time to discuss my style choice with me and make recommendations on what would and wouldn’t work well with my hair, and the end result was great– exactly what I’d hoped for! I definitely recommend Sarah for ombré highlights.

I am new to the area and I needed a style done for a wedding I was attending. I looked at the reviews on Unilocal,and decided this was the place to try out. I went in for a style with Lori. I called on Friday for an appt on Saturday, I was able to get an appt. The location was easy to find. I was greeted and offered a beverage as soon as I arrived. I only waited 5 – 10 mins for Lori to finish up with a client. Lori was great at communicating and asking what I wanted in the style. I showed her pictures and it came out just as I wanted. She was very willing to change and adjust to what I liked and didn’t like in the style. I was in and out in under an hour. I had a great experience and I look forward to trying out more of their hair services.

Lana does a wonderful job with manicures and pedicures. She is gentle and thorough and does a beautiful job!

Symmetry hair salon came to my attention via word of mouth but I think they should get more recognition. The environment is friendly and they give you that feeling of flexibility and options. My stylist, Brittany m., listens to your needs, presents options, and even remind you of the price so you don’t feel like you”re being overcharged (or unknowingly accumulating prices). She’s also does amazing diverse works so I will highly recommend her. The salon is clean and also looks very modern. And it doesn’t have that weird salon smell. :) I like it!

This place was recommended by a friend and I also Unilocaled it. Nothing but good reviews and there was also a 20% discount for new customers. The last place to cut my hair, M Salon, didn’t do a great job, so came to this place to fix it. My hair dresser was great, friendly and did a decent job in fixing the previous cut. My only complaint was the 20 minute wait from my scheduled appointment.

I stopped at this spa to get a manicure/​pedicure (my first pedicure) while we were traveling in Baltimore/​DC area. My son invited me to an event at the White House at short notice in the summer and I decided I needed a mani/​pedi. The woman was very professional, not overly talkative, but appropriate. I enjoyed the experience and I have had several pedicures since and this one was the best. They took me on very short notice although they seemed busy. I picked them from an online review and would highly recommend them. I only wish I lived near them.

Went based on other online reviews and I’m really glad I did. Got hair color/​cut with Lori and she really took the time to communicate about what I wanted. She also made a couple of suggestions on my hair cut and it looks great.
