This is an independent store the charges whatever they want to charge. They tell you one thing then charge you for something else. Avoid at all costs! Go to a corporate store.

Horrible service. Store was empty with two associates working– one on the phone and the other decided to take a break rather than help.
When the associate came back from break he told me he couldn’t help me and to go to the other Verizon store!!! What a waste of time! Avoid this store– horrible service (if you get service)

I would HIGHLY suggest that you avoid this store. One of their employees (yes, I have his name from Verizon) ordered Fios upgrades on our behalf WITHOUT our consent. THIS IS FRAUD. After more than a week of countless phone calls, this will eventually be taken care of, but the employee is still employed there because according to the manager his fraud was «not malicious but a mistake». The manager did nothing but make excuses. Not even «I’m sorry you had to go through this.» We have been customers since 1999. He used our names, our information, without our consent to order an upgrade in Fios from a Verizon Wireless store. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! The assistant manager and manager only justified this fraudulent behavior and did nothing to correct it.
