Door says they open at 5:30. Well I think they just open whenever they feel like it. 3 people inside just stared at me and then ignored me trying to open a locked door. Won’t waste my time stoping there ever again. Plenty of other places to get crappy coffee and sub-par beagles.

Nobody working there really seemed to want to be there. It wasn’t very busy and I had to repeat our order to the guy 3 times. Still got it wrong in the end, and it was not a very complicated order. Foods usually alright, coffees great. The location used to be a lot better.

This was a pre-road trip breakfast for the whoooole family. I have 5 in my family so this was a pricey breakfast, showing first that Einstein’s charges more than its food is worth. This is our regular Einsteins so most of us have an order down pat. I got a cinnamon raisin bagel, not toasted with cream cheese. It was nice and fresh and the cream cheese was a whipped how I like it! Our service was really good– the girl who took our order was very nice. Also the time it took to get our food was far less than normal– they’re really stepping up their game. I’ll come here when I have money to blow and a craving for bagels.

The service here was slower than sorghum molasses, but we had a very nice & helpful lady check us out. This was the first time we were told about their loyalty program and we buy plain bagels/bread sliced for the kids almost every weekend at Einstein Bros. The fact that they never have the favorite signature bagels that I adore is a major annoyance. I think this location needs to get a grip on their inventory and plan for busy weekends with a high demand for what they do best: bagels. If they would improve their service model & hire a few more people they could aspire to 4 stars. For such a large chain of bagel stores they need to get it together!

This place should be embarrassed based on their poor inventory management, disorganized staff, and lack of customer service! 1. At 9:30 on Saturday morning, they were out of multiple things. Maybe they should consider that they are likely to be busy on Saturdays and maybe make a few extras. Of everything. 2. Waited 20 minutes for a toasted bagel and some cream cheese. Heard lots of negative comments from the hungry hoardes at the counter waiting for food. «It’s not like they had to cook anything!» was most frequently heard. 3. Husband ordered a toasted bagel served open faced with cream cheese. How do they manage to screw this up!?, you may ask. They serve it closed like a sandwich. Maybe I’m just being picky, but shouldn’t a bagel place be counted on to produce a toasted bagel with cream cheese pretty consistently?! It’s not like it was a special order… 4. While I was waiting for my food and commiserating with the rest of the poor suckers that decided to eat here today, I saw a staffer approach a table to tell a woman that they were out of something that she ordered! Which means that between the time she ordered it and when they got around producing it, they gave the last one to someone else. How angry would I be?! I could go on, but I think I’ve made my point. It just sucks that they have my absolute favorite breakfast sandwich, by a long shot. I’ve been trying to find one I like better but no luck yet. I’ll keep trying because I really don’t want to come back here. Ever.

This location now sucks as bad as some of the others in the area. Competition would be a good thing for this chain along with making some big changes to district-level management. How about the food? Out of stock on the kids’s favorites. Food we ordered was prepared sloppily and incorrectly. Lots of residual messes in the dining room. Several items in the cold case that probably should have been retired already based on their appearance. Miserably slow to get the food out. All around sad showing when we decided to give them another shot.

I have always liked their bagels and enjoyed their coffee as well. One of our favorite ways to relax on the weekends was to hit up Einsteins, grab a paper(the old kind that is made out of paper, unfolds and you read it) a bagel and coffee and talk about the the weeks events. Not have our noses buried in a phone. But I digress… my favorite has always been their asiago bagel with a jalapeño salsa schmear. They have an Autumn coffee that has a hint of chestnuts that is my absolute favorite

Mixed review, like any Einstein’s bagels. Stopped in at 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Bagels and coffee were delicious.(Love their vanilla hazelnut brew!) Their sandwiches, like most Einstein’s, are disappointing. I ordered a turkey wrap. After making it completely wrong to start with, the remade one just wasn’t very good. Turkey tasted like the cheapest processed frozen deli meat you can buy. I enjoy Einstein’s but go elsewhere for sandwiches.
