I ordered a Vox AC30 amp-plug from the O’fallon location, there were three versions of it, «Classic» «Metal» and «Lead». They were out of the one I wanted (classic) which is the one you would think they would have the most of since you don’t really buy a Vox amp for metal. So they ordered it and it took 6 WEEKS to get in and then I looked it up on Amazon and I paid double the price. No thanks, I will stick to online purchases from now on. Also my son took drum lessons from here and the teacher was rude and disrespectful.

I’ve been using these guys for 17 years. I’ve gone in for everything from picks and strings to a 100-watt half stack, and I’ve even had them re-fret one of my guitars. Their prices are competitive, and their staff is awesome. I don’t go anywhere else if I can help it.

We have never left this place empty handed. The staff has always been patient and knowledgeable when it comes to music and instruments. We have purchased a lot of music over the years, bought accessories for various instruments (oils, wipes, etc), and used the repair service.
This is the first place we call when we are looking for music and when we need a repair.

Ladies who rock: you can actually go in this store and get treated like musicians! The salespeople actually acknowledge girls might like, play, and UNDERSTAND guitars. Fantastic.
