My family and I have been coming here for years. All meats are fresh, good quality and great price. They cut, chop, grind anything you want, anyway you want it. I love buying their pork kabobs(chuzos de cerdo) — wow — get them for your next BBQ! They also have all kinds of Colombian products in this tiny store. Everyone is very nice. Their empanadas are amazing.

I was searching for a non-kosher butcher near forest hills and this butcher seems to be the closest. Have not cooked up the meat as of yet, but the service of this place was fantastic. Very friendly and as mentioned English is limited but don’t let that keep you away as ordering was not an issue. Ordered 2 pork chops and it was cut right there after the butcher asked me roughly how thick I would like it cut. Also 2 Palomilla steaks. Will update on the quality of taste later. The meat selection was decent for a small shop, but I did not see any of the traditional porterhouse/ribeye etc… Instead you have Palomilla/Canada/Lagosto Overall the service was great and I will come back unless the meat is horrible.

I have been going to this butcher for 2 years now. They have the freshest, best tasting meat I have ever had. They do not speak much English and I do not speak much Spanish but we make do. They will cut your meat however you want, make sure to tip them. Besides steak, chicken and pork chops you MUST try their chorizo. MMMMMM scramble it with eggs for a slamming breakfast. They also have hot fresh chicharron(pork rinds with meat). To top it all off the meat here is VERY inexpensive. After buying meat here you will never be able to buy supermarket meat again… I haven’t.
