Two words to describe this place: Hot. Mess! I have a co-worker who raves about this place, so I decided to go and see what I could find for my 9 y.o. The first thing I noticed was the mass chaos. Clothes, accessories, toys and miscellaneous items are scattered all over the floor and the racks. It threw my ch’i off and I had to turn around and leave. Told my co-worker about my Justice visit and she insisted that I had to go straight to the sales rack in the back of the store. I did. Everything was all willy nilly. My ch’i couldn’t handle it. I left. Today’s Black Friday. I was at the mall and according to my Shopular app, they were having a nice sale, so… My daughter and I go in. I’m following her as she looks around. She sees something she wants. We get to the register, I showed the salesgirl my Shopular coupon(50% off). I’ve never had a problem using a Shopular coupon at any other store, but not so at Justice. Salesgirl tells me it’s not in effect until next week. The coupon clearly states, «ENDSSUNDAY.» Anywho, I pay and as the salesgirl is handing me my change & receipt, she asks, «can I have your phone number?» I smile and tell her, «no, I don’t give out my number when I shop», and I take my change & receipt. Then she says, «can I see your I.D.?» At that point, I just walked away. I paid with cash. WTH does she need my I.D. for? I know the phone number crap is just for marketing and promotional purposes. Heck, for all I know(and this wouldn’t surprise me one bit), Justice is one of those companies who sell customers’ info to other companies. So, methinks I’ma stay the heck outta this place. Maybe if/when this location gets new management, someone who could make this store not look like a tornado ran through it, I’ll consider going back.

I hate this store and this location is the worst. It is overly crowded. The clothing is overly priced and its cheaply made. The quality is horrible but everything is full of sequins, so kids love it. We went here today to find an outfit for my daughters dance. I realized the 40% discount was not in effect w/o a coupon. The salesgirl told me they mail the coupons to you but I do remember coming here and receiving the discount w. o a coupon. I even asked the salesgirl if they had a coupon or a coupon code and I felt like she was holding out on me. I refuse to pay $ 40 for a cheaply made, glittery shirt so we left. My daughter was upset but then i took her to Macys and she found a cuter outfit, so she’s over it. She’s also over Justice, and I couldn’t be happier.

Ugh. I love hate Justice. My 7 year old LOVES Justice for Girls. I seriously get a seizure when I come here. All the neon and rainbow colors. All the girls whining and screeching to their mothers«buy me this, buy me this» I come here alone, good thing is that anything I pick she likes. They have toys and junk by the register to lure your brats in. The clothes are well made and great for the pretween and tween ages. I like that all the clothing is appropriate. The sizes are great everything comes in slim, regular or plus. The jeans hold up well, probably the best Ive gotten actually. This store like others has inflated prices while offering a 40% coupon pretty much everyday. A shirt or pair of jeans is $ 30 – 50 but with 40% off its more reasonable.
