I was inside ordering a frappé and I didn’t receive it for almost 15 minutes after placing and paying for the order. The counter area was short staffed. There was one lady taking the orders and another lady who was expediting and doing drinks. To be fair, it took a while because it seems they needed to bring the mix for the machine. Once I said something, the lady expediting delivered me my drink in 3 minutes. The floors felt sticky and there was visible trash on the floor. Being that it was about 4p, we’re next to the mall and it’s peak rush hour, there should probably be more than the aforementioned employees working the counter. I’ve been inside in the mornings and it’s much better to go then. Everything else was standard. It was just the time between paying for the drink and receiving the drink was entirely too long. So I’m gonna say it was a management suck.

I am incredibly blown away by the amount of negative reviews at this location and was fortunate never to have the experience of those who previously reviewed this location. Maybe I don’t go during prime hours but I have never seen this place packed. I have frequented this location many times and since it is just a McDonalds, I never saw the need to write a review because really– what do you expect? However, in my most recent visit, on a Monday afternoon, I came in. around 12:30 trying to get their 2 for $ 3.50 sausage, egg and cheese mcGriddles. I walked in and I was kind of disappointed when they said breakfast was over(because I thought that they had this all-day breakfast going on). Anyways, the manager went out of her way to check whether all the necessary ingredients were still available and asked the staff to prepare it since they were. I paid my $ 3.50 and that would’ve been it. I agree with the other reviews, the wait is kind of long but my food came out exactly like it did in the advertisements and it was hot! So. it didn’t kill my whole experience. About 2 – 3 minutes into my wait, an elder comes in with an extremely rude attitude, throwing his money on the table and demanding that he be served since«he was older than every one else on the line.» I watched all the staff handle this situation in a respectful and professional manner before I was on my way.

This McDonald’s location is a piece of shit. Staff is too busy chit chatting instead of getting orders done. Takes forever to get your order number called. I’ve waited 15 minutes before for 2 cheeseburgers. Line is always backed up. 4 cash registers and only one open. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I even left before ordering one time because the cashier was giving the customer in front of me attitude. If you don’t like your job, then quit.

This place is terrible. It was sad really. Not only was the service terrible, the tables counters for the customer wasn’t clean. The entire store seems to suffer from tremendous neglect. Slow services. Rude staff. Long lines. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to fill a McNuggets Order.

Worst McDonald’s in the area, period. I just always get sucked in to this McDonald’s because I’m too lazy to go to the one inside Queens Center Mall. But the amount of time you spend waiting in this McDonald’s to make your order and get your food, you can probably already finish your entire meal down at the food court. I’ve had bad experiences here countless times. EXTREMELYSLOWSERVICE. Staff is lazy and takes their time when putting in orders or packing the food. Probably waited 20 minutes just to get a happy meal and two cookies. The only thing they had to wait for was a cheeseburger, everything else is done already(fries, cookies). The worst part was the burger just sat there for five minutes. After notifying one of the staff about it, she said«you see your order up there? just wait you’re next» pointing to the screen. I guess that’s when she finally realized that the burger has been done and all she had to do was pack everything together. Staff also spends too much time gossiping and talking about other people’s ex-boyfriends while a group of customers are waiting impatiently. Replace the staff or train them better. Meanwhile, go elsewhere for your Mcd fix. Don’t come here expecting FAST food, lol.

McDonald’s, what a shame you deteriorated this horrible, messy, gross, packed fast food place. This McDonald’s is right outside Queens Center. And if I were you, I would avoid it like the H1N1 flu. Run to the closest Burger King, Auntie Anne’s or Popeyes instead! Why is this McDonald’s so bad? 1) The service is sooooo slow. It took 20 minutes to get one order of Chicken McNuggets. 2) The front staff do not Care At All. There is no hustle. They don’t care if your order is right(someone received the wrong shake and burger earlier). They don’t care if there are 10 people waiting. And they are mad at you for buying anything there!(Everyone in front of me had their order slammed down on the counter. One lady looked at her meal and some of it was smashed). 3) And the tables are a total mess. It looks like a bum shoved his face into a bunch of food, and left half the food on the tables and floors. Gross. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Crowded and cramped, mainly due to the location, being right near the mall but NOT inside the mall and right off the train stop more or less. Just hard to enjoy a meal when you’re sitting down, but the line of people waiting to order bleeds heavily into the seating area. Probably better as a take out spot, or to scarf down a quick bite before or after work. But not to sit for longer than 20 minutes/enjoy a lunch with a friend, etc. Service/food the usual, medicore.

Its 8pm and i needed a quick bite to eat. Now im not a big fast food guy. But cold fries spotty service and non microwaved burgers(me and my friend) makes this the worst Mcdonalds experience ive ever had. I dont usually make complaints about fast food but i expect better of a franchise that supposed to pride itself on excellence and fast hot food. Keyword hot. I will not be returning to this particular Mcdonalds again. Btw why is my soft drink warm?

Food was decent as McDonald’s can be. The workers didn’t smile probably because they are constantly busy. Not many people working for a morning shift. Would eat here again though but wish their customer service skills were better.

I came in here around 11:15 today for an early lunch. I ordered the jalapeño double cheeseburger meal because it looked interesting. It took about 5 minutes to get my food. My change was another story. The cashier gave me the correct amount in dollar bills but in coins she shortchanged me about $.30. So I waited more time for my change. The food was nothing special but at least they did give a decent amount of jalapeño slices on the jalapeño cheeseburger. The French fries were crisp. I didn’t see salt or pepper packets where they had the ketchup, straws and napkins.

this location is right outside queens center mall and I wouldn’t recommend it at all if you must have McDonald’s go to the one in the mall food court there’s more room to sit cleaner tables and have plenty of bathroom stalls. I came here yesterday and I wasn’t impressed the lines are too long staff are a bunch of slow irresponsible workers mostly teenagers and I also saw some cashier with an extremely ratchet attitude throw a customer’s food which is totally inexcusable especially what it costs these days. long wait to receive orders and good luck finding a table as people come here to eat and don’t know when to leave. I was also told they couldn’t substitute 6 pieces instead of 10 total b.s. as I’ve had it at other locations. dirty tables overflowing trash cans and area where ketchup etc is kept also dirty and who has a bathroom with a lock that needs a token to open it or a staff member which slows order lines. this place needs a manager and employees who care and a time limit enforced to consume food

Boozy Queens Unilocal event + not being able to find the subway in the freezing cold = BATHROOMPLEASE! I er, my bladder, was not happy to see you need a token to use the bathroom. I tried asking the nice dining patrons if they had an extra token but they said to just ask the cashier. I really didn’t want to buy food since it’s getting close to bikini season but thank god, the cashier didn’t even argue. She just gave the token to me. I suppose it does help that I don’t look like a junkie or a hooker. Props to whoever cleaned the bathroom. They did a solid job.

McDonald’s is just one of those fast food chains that stopped caring about certain markets. NY is one of those markets. I have been to McDonald’s down south as far as Florida and as far out as Vegas and in those markets you get what you see on T.V. in quality and freshness. Mind you this is one company that delivers the same product to all their restaurants, so it makes you wonder whats going on in each one to make them as bad as they are. Some of them are ultra salty while others are super greasy. And please don’t get me started on whats really inside each of their products. lol you get what you pay for IMO. Some people fall prey to their ad’s and how heavy it’s pushed through the media. Sorry but when it’s the truth it is what it is.

I was recently given a McDonald’s coupon to try the new Chicken McBites Snack Size for $ 1. Earlier this week I decided to use it, but it was to no avail… Once I arrived at 91 – 19 Queens Boulevard, I presented the cashier with my coupon. She had to call the manager(possibly the assistant manager) over for help. The manager handed me back the coupon, said it was not in the system, and then rudely walks away from me. As she’s leaving the cashier area, I asked her if it was possible to charge me for a cheeseburger as it was the same price as the coupon. She stopped and laughed while saying, «That’s not for a cheeseburger!» Like no kidding it’s not for a cheeseburger, you twit. This is another reason why i don’t like going to McDonald’s. The commercials on TV depict such a great experience with everyone all happy getting their McDonald’s on. But it’s far from reality when they hire idiot managers who can’t think out of the happy meal box…

Horrible service — they had no ketchup and no napkins when i went in. I thought this was mcdonalds? I asked a woman for napkins and was told she was on break and to ask someone else. Is this manual fucking labor to get me napkins? I don’t care if you’re on break, I’m a customer and needed something simple. I had also asked the manager for ketchup, and she ran up to me, hit me on the shoulder and said«here». I will never go back.

If the food court version of McDonalds for most Queens Center visitors, rest assured the real thing is just right outside the door. This McDonalds has to be one of the grimier ones I’ve encountered, with dirty tables, nasty bathrooms, and a slippery floor. I still have a hard time fathoming why it’s always so busy. Oh right, it’s still a recession. If cheaper prices call for desperate times, I am surprised most folks wouldn’t line up outside for the competing Halal Carts. I suppose for many children, chicken and rice doesn’t sound as good as a burger and fries. Customer service here is a façade. They know they won’t be around for long, so it’s not likely they’ll care how they treat you. Mentioning the dirty bathroom and the non-working ATM doesn’t seem to phase these guys, they just want my money and to feed me large amounts of pre-prepared junk food. This McDonalds being one of the bigger locations with a narrow layout, makes for a decent place to congregate with groups and enjoy cheap eats at it’s best. No, I’m not referring to the Dollar Menu, I’m talking about the Halal carts. That’s right, I go to McDonalds to sit down and eat my Halal food. Perhaps there is a purpose for this place after all.
