Went here on a Friday evening with my husband to see if they had dresses that might work for my upcoming shower. Maternity clothing shopping can be really difficult for us pregnant ladies, so I was hoping for a smooth experience. The store is cramped and not that well-​organized. The sales person in the store was LOUDLY chatting with her friend over the phone while eating some hot food from a Tupperware she brought from home — she yelled out to me that certain items were buy one/​get one and continued to yak on the phone. I found some dresses I wanted to try and went to their one dressing room with my husband. There is no door, just a curtain, and the entire time I was trying on my dresses (which all were made of the worst, clingiest, most unflattering material at some pretty high prices), this sales associate continued to have an extremely loud conversation while eating her food literally five steps from the curtain to the dressing room. I felt so uncomfortable and like this person could have cared less if these dresses were working for me. Never again with this store — I will drive out to Garden City to shop at the Destination Maternity on Glen Cove Road where the sales associates do everything to make sure you’re finding what you need; they bring you the next size up, help you find something that works better, offer positive feedback and they have a lounge area with water and juice for when you need a break. This store at QCM was a completely demoralizing experience and I would never shop there again.

This is such a nice store. With the worst manger ever. I want to go pay. And she told me my money wasn’t really. She was so nasty about it. She didn’t know how to tell if it was real or not. They didn’t have a pen to check. So then she want into a different store to get there’s. She marked the money. And didn’t know what color it was support to be. (FYI. ITS WRITTEN ON THE PEN) one girl says. It has to be a black mark. And she believed her. Omg. She didn’t apologize. So i took my REAL MONEY. And walk out. Never again. How did this woman become a manager ??? I will not be going there again
