I’ve been looking around the city for some dental care, but all those places are so expensive. This place is good highly recommended, From friendly staff to cheap prices. Even if you don’t have Medicare it’s still cheap. I don’t have much time with my braces but I already see the difference

This place sucks! This is a scam ! Don’t go here this doctor like to take People money! He said is cheap is not he don’t know what he is do in!!! Este doctor es un estafador le gusta a engañar a las personas!!! Mas a Los hispanos! He like to take Hispanics money why because they are to afraid to sue!!! Someone need to stop him!!! He like to tell People that they almost done but no he lies about it don’t fell for this and and I ask him for my record so I move to another dentist he treat me with calling the police he said «this is a private office you have to get out you are waisting my time» yeah I I’m you waist my time more then 2 years and my teeth are the some!!! They don’t event have records! I ask them and his wife said I don’t have them ready I need to make copies! I hold her I would wait more then a 1 hr but she said she would mail them I not true still waiting and nothing like always they lies! Don’t waist your money here because you are going to waist time

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE only because of the extremely rude receptionist that runs this office. My last visit was an unpleasent one which ended in having to contact a lawyer in regards to the descrimination and unprofessionalism that has taken place. THREE LAWYERS are willing to take this case. The braces are affordable however if a patient has insurance and has covergae of up to $ 3,000 then an orthodontist should acknowledge this and due to the negligance of the receptionist that is a LIAR, I will not be able to get these braces covered and will have to eventually come out of pocket since my insurance is about to expire. About 5 months ago I went for a consultation and after the visit I left information with the rude waste of a human at the front desk to contact my insurance to receive an approval. Almost a month went by and I did not hear a peep from them so I called back to this rude being and she told me «you’re not approved» and slammed the phone. Now, with that being said I was a bit confused but a week right after this unpleasent encounter (again) I began a new job and began my move to a new apt, hence why I did not have time to do further research. Now that I am settled, I decided to call my insurance to ask a few questions and the question of me being covered for braces was asked. They then gave me the information of how much of my insurance covers and noted that there was no record of receiving any form of a letter or anything in regards to the «approval she sent». When I phoned this office back, she said the letter must of gotten lost in mail. Now what a convenience that must of been for her? An important document just get lost in the mail? RIGHT ! She never sent anything ! Obviously this office prefers CASH MONEY– but how dare does she lie to a patient. She then argued that why did I wait so long to follow up. Now please keep in mind, this woman is the wife of the doctor so she must feel the right to speak to patients any way she pleases. Well, she spoke to the wrong one in that matter. I know we all have bad days, but the way she speaks to people is baffling. I do not think she has any medical expierence at all. So after calling and being accused of not following up in time, I went in person. I have the whole encounter video taped on my phone. When I went to the office in person she switched the story saying, «I called insurance in front of you– they say no approve. Maybe now you approve but before no approve whatchu want me to do» (exact words). I mentioned that if she called in front of me what was the point of me leaving my info?! Point is — SHE NEVER SENT AN APPROVAL LETTER. When I asked to see a copy she said «NO I DONT WANT TO SHOW YOU». MY INFORMATION IS ON THIS ! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU WONT SHOW ME! When asked to speak with the doctor she said «he does not want to speak to you» and told me to go elsewhere. I am a young student that has been working since the age of 12. I have worked with the most unpleasent people here in NYC but this has been probably one of my worst expierences ever. Please avoid this place, do not give them any business. I have found many other affordable places in Queens. I am in pain and have been in distress ever since the situation. How can someone treat people with no respect? Yes I will take my business else where and I will make sure to have this office reported to the medical board and file a claim asap. DISGUSTED. I think the doctor should re evaluate who is the face of his office.

Not recommended! Wasting my time & my money i spend 2000 +++ and have my braces for 2 years. And end up he made gap in my middle teeth. Which i don’t have when in my first first visit. He don’t have record during your visit. I followed what he advice to me. Its not worth it to go back and redo my teeth. Its cheap 75 per visit but still no improvement.

Really good work… It has been 5 years since I went last time to his office (I moved and changed dentist) and not one complaint about the work he did on my teeth.
