I love The Dailey Method! It’s the only workout that I’ve loved enough to stick with consistently for several years. I feel so strong and toned after attending a class and it never gets easier– but it shouldn’t. As you get stronger, you just work your muscles more deeply. I like this workout because I don’t feel completely depleted and exhausted and have to lie on a couch the rest of the day. I walk out feeling strong and energized. The instructors are great and so are all the«students». It is a very welcoming and friendly studio. The one thing that I always felt was missing in my workout was the aerobic side. But, guess what? The studio has added Dailey Cycle classes! So now I can use my monthly unlimited package to attend both the toning barre classes and the aerobic cycle classes. Perfect!

LOVELOVELOVE The Dailey Method! I have been coming to the TDM for the past year and half about 3 times a week. The location is great and parking is always available. The studio modern and inviting. I cannot express how amazing the teachers are!!! It is truly a gratifying workout that will leave you mentally refreshed and a sense of accomplishment within you body. I have never felt stronger.

I’ve been coming to The Dailey Method Elmhurst since the day it opened and finally feel compelled to write a review. The workout is amazing, I feel stronger than ever before and definitely enjoy the changes in my body. The teachers and owner couldn’t be kinder and more welcoming. As a mother, wife, Holistic Health Coach, and Yoga teacher, I truly appreciate the self love approach to exercise. TDM has definitely taught me that«beating yourself up» is not the only road to optimal fitness. I love, love, love this place! I could go on forever, but the best advice is to just go out and try it for yourself.

I signed up for an unlimited new member package this month and I have to say I enjoyed the classes. I am in my 20s and normal I take crossfit classes, so didn’t know what to expect since I have never taken a bar class before. The classes are mostly static strength building, which is extremely different from the dynamic workouts I’m not used to. The core strengthening aspect of these classes is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend these classes as a supplement to a more dynamic workout.

Returning to excrcise after surgeries. Needed no impact strength building. THISISIT! Every teacher I’ve had here — Gigi, Lorna, Racheal, Sophia, Meg, Annie– are fantastic and offer so many variations and insights to get the positions right. I never was addicted to working out — I am now!

The Dailey Method is a core class that mixes certain principles from yoga, pilates and ballet. While you may not break a sweat, your legs and core muscles will be shaking as you hold positions during the 60 minute class. It’s intense! Grab a mat, a set of 2 lb weights and a ball. Repeat 3 times a week. Really zen-like studio with bamboo floors and ballet bars lining the walls for different core/thigh work. The key to the workout is the repetition in using certain muscle groups. You will feel the burn! I have mostly had class with Lorna or Meg. They are both phenomenal instructors that provide really specific instructions and will walk around to help you align your body correctly as you do each exercise. New customers beware, the 8:30am class is pretty crowded! I took class at 9:45am twice and there were only 5 – 10 students in the class. Buy the Dailey Method socks for $ 10. So worth it! Love these socks and I wear them to another yoga class that I go to also. My only gripe is the«low-c» core work position… ouchhhyyy on the neck!

I love the Dailey Method Elmhurst! I am a runner and was very inflexible. I have been taking classes since there opening in February and have really noticed an improvement in my strength and flexibilty. It is such a nice compliment to the pounding of running. And truth be told… the only cross training I have ever stuck to. Everyone at this studio is very warm and welcoming and they have child care options if needed. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a complimentary class here the other day. I enjoy mixing up my workout routine so it was nice to be able to try the Dailey Method. This place is brand new and located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst. They are located in the breezeway between Egg Harbor and Buffalo Wild Wings. When you first walk in you notice the airy and modern feel of the studio. There are lockers for you to store your personal belongings and shoes. I should note that they are the size of a cubbie that you had back in elementary school so if you have an oversized purse like myself, you might want to leave it in the car. You need to wear special grippie socks that have the rubber grips on the bottom. If you don’t have a pair, they will kindly lend you a pair. No shoes are allowed in the main studio so it is important to have the socks or to borrow a pair. Oh, and I loved how they had the meditating cat statue above the huge corkboard in the locker area. I have that same statue myself at home! The class itself is very yoga-like. I’ve never taken a yoga class before but if I had to guess at how yoga works I would say Dailey Method is very similar. It isn’t a high impact workout, you focus more on breathing, stretches, posture, etc. This would be a great class if you are pregnant or recovering for an injury as the pace is slow and the movements are easy. The complimentary class I took was an hour long that included floor and barre work. Floor mats and hand weights are also included for use. It is nice to see more exercise studios cropping up in Elmhurst. The Dailey Method is a great addition to the downtown community.
