I come to this restaurant consistently(and to the one located in Hicksville) and it never disappoints ! It is one of those spots that aren’t fancy or expensive but the food is amazing. Food is prepared In a decent time considering how busy they are(on weekends). I usually get the zinger(it’s a must) a chicken tikkah leg, Kebob rolls and nauns. It’s more than enough for two people and the bill is NEVER above 25 $. The behari is also amazing. I’m a huge fan of chicken makny(butter chicken) but i wouldn’t recommend it from here. Everything else is amazing though. The seating and décor isn’t that important if the food is as good as it is here.

Definitely one of the best zingers, I was never fond of kabab rolls, until I had theirs, its simply good! I mean it wasn’t dry, and it had taste! I’d definitely recommend Nihari, tilapia fish and butter chicken with garlic naan tastes yummmmmmmmm. Though, orders take about 20 mints to be ready, but food is fresh and good, so worth the wait!

I’ve worked in the area for about 5 years. This restaurant has changed ownership but one thing never changes. They have poor customer service. Staff is disorganized and unable to handle high volumes. If you come in even 5 minutes late to pick up your order they will give it away but if you come on time your order is almost never ready. Instead of apologizing they make excuses for the poor service. They give preferential treatment to males and make women/children wait unreasonably long instead of servicing in time order. And worst of all the food is mediocre at best. The only thing worth eating is the zinger the Caribbean lady in the back makes. I highly recommend ignoring this place and going to Jackson heights if you can.

Mediocre food, I don’t know why everyone mentions the zinger burger like it’s anything extraordinary. Its a regular chicken sandwich, and the masala fries were just regular thin cut fries with some spices on top — except salt. I came here around 10pm and was seated fairly quickly thankfully because of the parking lot that the place has, and the food came pretty quick too. It just wasn’t as appetizing as I would’ve hoped for, and the workers being quite condescending if they don’t think you understand what they’re saying in Urdu was pretty bad too. I overheard the workers talking badly of us for wanting them to cut our sandwich in half. Overall, I don’t think the food was up to par, the raw spices from the masala fries gave me a stomachache. I’m not going to be back.

Very interesting Chicken and Rice $ 7. It’s not spicy, but it has many spices and they add a lot of caramelized onions and green peppers. I ask them to take out the onions and peppers but I’m still not a fan of it per say, it is very flavorful though. They have some ok masala fries. Not worth extra price from reg fries. Many specials such as biryani and curries are lined by the front. Zinger Burger($ 7) is ok. HUGEPORTION. Crisp white chicken that’s very juicy but commonplace lettuce, tomato and overly indulgent ketchup-mayo made it one-note and a little boring. I don’t think this is worth $ 7. Keema Naan — really good, justifies the $ 3 price tags Lot of space. Plenty of tables. My one gripe is that they mostly do take-out orders. So if you do come here and order even the smallest thing, it might take up to 15min.

The zinger is in Elmont, NY now. Queens residents can enjoy the fresh hamburgers, spicy zinger, and zesty massala fries. This spot gets packed. You should definitely call in your order at least 40min before hand. Parking lot is small.

Really good food for cheap. They are friendly and don’t make you feel uncomfortable. Food is fresh. But make sure you get your free salad. It’s good and comes with a yogurt dressing. I’ve tasted just about everything except lamb because I don’t eat that. Parking lot is tiny, but one way or another you manage. My favorite is their tikka chicken.

BESTZINGERBURGER!!! I come here way more then I should. By far, hands down, best Zinger burger I’ve had. The food is always consistent, and delicious. The masala fries are a great add on your burger. I haven’t had anything else on their menu. So can’t comment about the other items.

Amazing food, consistent food here and their Long Island location-good to see that in a desi chain! Zinger burger is absolutely amazing, double cheeseburger was delicious as well with two types of cheese melted throughout, masala fries were the best(smaller serving size than in Hicksville) will have to try some desi food next time perhaps. Sooooooo good. Never a miss always a hit. Fresh and delish food that always hits the spot. My favorite is the lamb. It runs out pretty fast so if you’re going there after 6 or 7 it probably will be done. That chicken is amazing well seasoned chicken cooked to perfection. We also have seating so you can eat there as well. The prices are reasonable and I can’t complain about anything. Will probably be going here for years to come

Ever since the brother from the original BBQ nite stopped coming to this restaurant, the place has slowly gotten worse. The zinger burger is now inconsistent, sometimes too salty, sometimes overcooked, or just plain soggy. The customer service is the real problem. They either forget my order, don’t follow instructions to not put onions in my burger or don’t take small orders 20 minutes before closing. The other day I told them no butter on my Naan but they still put butter. The place is becoming unkempt and dirty too. The food is usually tasty, and I want to see them do better, so I hope they fix their customer service department.

Great food and service! Everything we ordered was delicious. We were first timers and told them we came in based on Unilocal reviews. The man at the counter gave us a complimentary Zinger burger for free. As soon as we took our first bite of the burger, we were glad to see that all the workers started laughing and giving each other high fives. They’ve definitely made me 1 happy customer that will be coming back for more!

A hole in the wall joint. Had to peak in to make sure it was open. There was no menu. Had to choose from whatever was made that day or night before. They didn’t have any more buffalo wings or burgers. Strange. Their fries were in the freezer which everyone could see. Had naan and Haleem. Nothing to rave about. Had better. The place itself wasn’t too clean.

4.5 stars… But so many factors make this 5! Hole in the wall. I love it. I am so happy my friend introduced me to this place! It was an extremely worth it meal. They offer standard american fair to full blown ethnic food. Firstly the atmosphere since its a bit different. It’s not quite cafeteria style. You order your food, and pick a numbered table to sit at, they bring you the food. They clean up after you since they give you real bowls. Some of the food is already prepared and displayed. You pay after you eat. Drinks and sauces in fridge to the right. I like the green sauce, it’s like a avocado creamy herbal sauce. I had a bite of the zinger burger. To non-brown people… This is like a delicious ass buffalo chicken burger, with white sauce. It’s very different and so worth a try if you’re not too crazy about venturing full blown brown pple food. It’s a big slab of chicken too, so very filling! I had the chicken makhni and chickpeas. You can do half size portions instead of a full size of a protein(~$ 9) I love, LOVE. LOVEEED the chicken makhni. It’s like chicken tikka masalla except not as spicy, nor sour(tomatoey). It’s very rich. I was told this is «butter chicken». Yeah, well bring on the butter baby! That sauce is lick-me-up delicious. Chickpeas was good. I had the garlic nan on the side which wasnt too fresh, kind of dry and old, but large in size and satisfactory for my meal. The asian in me wishes I got rice instead… I was so full tho. I just want to mention they have nice toliet paper here, lol. There is a bathroom that’s pretty clean. Seating area feels very fancy! There’s a parking lot but it looked very full. There’s another complex w/parking around the corner, but be careful as they do randomly tow. I thought the cashier man was very nice! Bill was $ 16 prior to tax and tip, dirt cheap. LOVEIT!

Great food. The name of this place is misleading though. I came in thinking I would feast on some awesome BBQ. However, there is no BBQ here. But there was some pretty solid American and South Asian food. And the service is impeccable. You have to go up to the counter and put in your order though. The menus remind me of any old dive. Food came out within minutes of ordering and it looks like there are a lot of hands behind the counter, which is great. I ordered: Masala fries — they are fresh and thin, the spice mix they put on it is really tasty! Great dish! Keema Naan — fresh, oily, good taste, satisfied Buffalo Wings — your generic wings, nothing special, they were cooked well, I thoroughly enjoyed it Zinger burger — solid chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce?, great taste, big portion, good dish I read comments on Unilocal saying the service sucked, but I didn’t see any shortcomings at all other than ordering at the counter This is why I gave this place four stars. The food was good but the staff was exceptionally accommodating. If I was ever in the area, I would definitely come back here.

Not a halal expert, but I frequent the carts ever so often in the dead of night after a few tequila shots. BBQ Nite delivers in many aspects. I had to try their zinger burger & I must say, it surprised me. The presentation was lacking and I had low expectations for a place that cuts my burger in half for me, but it was pretty good. And filling. Their Marsala(seasoned) fries weren’t much to rave about though. Service was slow/confusing unfortunately. I asked if I just sit anywhere & the cashier told me sure. I sat at a table for 10 minutes at 3 in the afternoon before getting back up & ordering at the front. Their location(right next to walgreens) is good; however their parking lot is about the size of an average Long Islander’s driveway. Possibly smaller. Overall, I’d come back and try other items on the menu. The staff was nice enough to warrant return business. Just might take my food To-Go from now on
