This a no frills, no massage or pampering experience… However, Vicki the owner is the best at acrylic nails. The price cannot be beat either. She also does a great eyebrow wax.

By far the worst pedicure ever! Stopped here because it’s close to home. Big mistake. Unnecessary use of a nail sander. Polish was poorly applied and nails were cut crooked. My mistake for not stopping her and not walking out. If I can rate them 0 stars I would. Had to fix them up at home.

Terrible experience! They tried to take a Dremel tool to my bare toes that didn’t have gel polish on them or anything. My toes are well taken care of, receiving a pedicure every few weeks at max. No reason for a drill! I was in shock. Oh and she also tries massaging my thighs. That was new.
The manicure was sloppy and the polish was globbed on. I asked for a design… They didn’t even ask what I wanted. When I repeatedly said I wanted red she kept brushing me off and continued on with what she was doing.
Unsanitary. They don’t have a clue what they are doing. Strangest nail salon experience ever. Will NEVER be back.

Been going to Vicky (the owner) for over 17 years. She does THE BEST acrylic nails, shellac, and fill-​ins for dirt cheap! I’ve been all over — to high-​end costly spa like salons to places all over Connecticut and Florida and California. NO ONE does nails better! Also, eyebrow and lip waxing. The total downside is you MUST have thick skin and ignore the crappy surroundings. It’s a shithole. However, you get your own utensils for free (just ask — shel’ll make a box for you!) and so you know the stuff hasn’t been used on anyone else! I’ve seen her beautiful nail art on people and her French manicures, and they’re terrific. I just get a sheer pink, plain mani.
$ 25 for a full set of acrylic, and $ 17 for fill-​ins. I last 2 – 3 weeks. Today I had a fill, eyebrow, and lip wax and my total was $ 30! Can’t beat that! Vicky is super quick, but not careless. 2 stars for cleanliness (or lack thereof)‘but 5 stars for nails! Also, being open seven days a week is super convenient.
