Crystal nail and Spa

I thought it would be good since it is close to home. not likely, I went there a few times and I noticed that my gels were lifting and my nails started to look bad after a week. It is a nice place and attentive the girl that did my nails was very nice, and gave me a great back massage but nails not so good…

Very slow, not attentive to customers. I believe I paid more than I should have for less than ideal services l

The service and products at this establishment is HORRIFIC. I went there for a gel manicure and pedicure. The nail technician painted my toes nails a different color, but the color from before was still on my toes. The gel polish that they used for my fingers was cheap. The manicurist tried to put 6 coats on my fingers for the gel polish because every time i went under the UV light, the gel polish bubbled up. The owner then took over and attempted to place two more coats on, instead of taking the polish off. He stated that the polish was bubbling up because of the color — it was yellow. I asked to select a different color, however, he became enraged and said no. He then stated that he was trying to fix he bubbles. I informed him that u do not like more than 2 coats and he stated «some people do.» I told him that i was not paying for such a poor service and he began talking to the staff members in his language. I left the establishment without paying.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
