This place is the worst! Slow service and stale donuts. The coffee is good, and the ice cream is great, but you have to stand in line for a good 15 – 20 minutes at least before anybody serves you. And today, when it’s been in the 90’s all day, this place has no air conditioning! And if you come here late at night, you’ll see the drunks and other assorted weirdos that love to hang out here, bother the patrons, and throw up in the parking lot. Gotta go. I’m pretty sure its about 85 degrees in here now, no kidding. As a matter fact I think there’s probably heat on.

Worst service ever. I asked for 2 large coffees 2 guacamole flatbreads and a donut. What do I get back? 2 large coffees donut and 1 flatbread with hashbrowns lol not once did I ask for that…
Then while I’m paying for my second flatbread we have the employees counting their tips there infront of a costumer. I mean please don’t do that because it just makes you look bad and looks like you don’t care about anything there but tips.
First and last time at this location!

Fast & Friendly, however the location is at the corner of Harlem & Grand (Congested Intersections) and has no Drive-Thru. Other then that, it serves its purpose.

This place is the worst. Horrible location for parking, a constant crew of surly older men ready to «compliment» you. They are also a Baskin Robbins and often out of ice cream flavors. I rarely go to this location when there are better options near by. I am honestly surprised this one has not closed down.

So gross and horrible service.
I lived right by the place for a year so if I was in need of a coffee fix I would go there, right? Wrong!
The three times I went to this crap stye the donuts tasted a day old, the coffee wasn’t even made, and the servers had the nerve to act rude.
Oh and two of those times I paid by bank card and BOTH times there registers weren’t working. This was not even in the same month.
Pass on this one!
