Kmart

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered some mirrors online, waited 3 hours, cone to the store and it’s still not ready. Wait 15 minutes in line to be told to wait more, and no I can’t just get it myself or I’ll be charged twice. Still waiting 30 minutes later.

I ordered stuff on line and it said IT WAS IN STOCK at this store and how ever it was cancelled since it was «no longer available online, and they’ve unfortunately been canceled from your order. » = NO SENSE

Waddled over here with a belly full of pork and felt right at home. Kinda messy, no price tags on items and shelves without price tags as well.
Long lines, only 2 registers open, left without buying a bowl and cheap pair of sandals.
So now i sit bowl-​less and madam is barefoot.
Regrets? Damn straight.

Um how is this place still open? Who goes to K-​Mart anymore?! #TargetAllDayEveryday.
All jokes aside, K-​Mart just needs to go. Selection is bad, workers here are mostly mad at the fact they are working at K-​Mart and the store has looked the same for years. Plus the prices aren’t even good.
K-​Mart just leave. Can we take a second to say and analyze the word K-​MART? It just doesn’t sound right anymore.

I advised this Kmart that the cat food i purchased at there location HAD MAGGOTS IN IT. This lead to an infestation in my house and an almost 200 dollar vet bill. We also had to take off work to take our pet to the vet. I was given a 100 dollar gift card and an empty promised of fronting any expenses we would have because of THEIR CONTAMINATED FOOD.
I have sent multiple emails to head management to no avail. DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD HERE. MAGGOTS WERE CRAWLING ON MY WALL AND IN THE CATS FOOD BOWL.
I am very upset with the way Kmart handled this .
I am advising everyone to stay away from this kmart because they do not care about your health or the health of your pet.

I really don’t review department stores unless they’re amazing or terrible. So let’s talk about some ofl the flaws of this Kmart.
1. The shopping carts lock about 20 feet after the entrance. Don’t buy anything large because you can’t get it to your car! No one from inside the store will come to help you either. So be sure to bring someone with you when you go shopping here so they can watch your cart while you pull your car up.
2. The employees. Rude, tired, bossy, idiots. Several of the employees have nametags with just numbers on them. Why do I need a hexadecimal code translator to decipher your name to complain about you to your manager? You couldn’t find my rewards number? You only used some of my points for the purchase? Why would you do that? I told you to use all my points for the order.
3. The online order instore pickup keeps changing here. It was first at the customer service desk in the front. Then it was upstairs in layaway. Now it’s back at the customer service desk but in the back. The customer service desk ALWAYS has four people in front of you with at least half of them trying to return something without a receipt. When it’s finally your turn, they can’t find your order bc they checked the wrong locker. Then they check all of them and tell you «it ain’t here» despite the fact that you received the email saying that your order was ready for pickup. When you ask them to check again, they scoff, puff and sigh before they go look again and wow, magic, they found it! I guess my order suddenly decided to come out of stealth mode.
I’d advise you to visit a different Kmart nearby but the Lodi one is dirty and often doesn’t have enough registers open and the one in Paramus has really old and fussy workers who won’t help you at all. Wish that these places had a self checkout but hey, I guess I’ll keep going as long as they keep giving me those SYWR points.

Have a wide variety of stuff. A little pricey but affordable. Way too much clothing on the second floor. I would recommend for Kmart to get more sports equipment. Kmart needs to be more organize. Better shoes (Jordan’s). would recommend ShopRite over Kmart.

Horrible!!! Kmart pleasssssse change this store. Update it and give it a face lift. Why are all kmarts like this now? This one is the worst kmart!!! There parking is a wast of space and they can build a brand new store on it. The grocery department is soooo small and there are barley and registers. EVerything about this store is wrong. Please Change this store.

Convenient Wide Variety They Now Stock Lot’s Of Sears Tools & Good Appliances
Store has been around forever its a large building with two floors, plenty of parking a pharmacy with great prices and service and a very wide selection of items from lawnmowers to tampons.
Plenty of sales on home essentials with a somewhat messy interior this store despite the uncaring clientele tossing things about is quite convenient. Check out is terrible as is customer service for the most part.
