Subway

Conveniently open til 10pm on a school night. I stopped in, the guy at the counter was pleasant and the Italian sub I ordered was fresh. It hit the spot.

If I could do zero-​star I would. Absolute worst service I have encountered ever. Ordered a sub through Eat24, waited an hour and a half before calling the store to find out what was going on with my food, only to have a woman with broken English telling me she was sorry, inspectors shut the store down and she couldn’t help me. Hung up, called Eat24 who were very nice and issued me a refund for the chaos. They contacted the store owner who claimed whoever I spoke to didn’t know what they were talking about and had a sandwich sent over. Another 20 minutes or so later, I get a call saying my delivery was outside and when I got there the delivery lady was an entire block away standing in the middle of the street looking absolutely clueless. Needless to say after two hours, my sub was cold and soggy and my soda was room temperature. I threw both away.
Do yourself a favor and find another sub spot. This place is terrible.

I ordered off of Grubhub because i thought hey cool subway delivers. Well boy was i wrong. I called 20 min after my estimated delivery time and she told me they were delayed and they would be right here when she finally arrived an extra 20 mins later she gave me my money back and said sorry for the delay and couldnt even look me in the eye. They took more than an Hour and half to get get here and then the food was cold and soggy. I ended up not even eating the sandwich and throwing it away. Worse place ever for delivery.

They dole out tiny amounts of food on the sandwich. They often have an attitude if you ask for more.

A smaller shop in a tiny strip mall on the side of Route 46, it’s usually not super busy. And recently, they have added delivery as an option, although when my office tried ordering the other day, it took over and hour and a half for our food to arrive. He told us it would be there within the half hour. And the guy who delivered (who is the owner or related to the owner) said «Place your order before 11:30 or after 2pm because that is my busy time.»
Well, sure, I LOVE having lunch at 3pm! If they want to offer delivery, they better be willing to deliver during an actual meal time! Otherwise, there is no point on offering such a pointless service if you are not going to deliver.
Food is great as are most Subway’s. You really can’t screw up a franchise menu, even if you tried or were extremely talented!
