this dealership is absolutely horrible! their customer service is the absolute worst! they refuse to replace a recall on our van because they are afraid they won’t get paid for it. even after they were told by chrysler that they have to. we currently have to stand with both feet on our brake pedal to get our van to stop. i feel a lawsuit coming, get ready to open that wallet and pay up if my family gets hurt from driving this death trap! i’ve contacted chrysler about you and your brother’s dealership, you are both horrible. they are escalating a case to actually force you to repair a dangerous abs brake master cylinder that is a recall item with lifetime warranty replacement! the lady at chrysler told you it is lifetime warranty and you must replace it and you refuse! — beware! your lives and those of your children do not matter to these dealerships, it’s all about money and they don’t care if you die!!!

I decided to go here after calling every Dodge dealership in Philly and being unable to secure an appointment with anyone that was less than a week away. Normally I wouldn’t mind but my brakes were grinding after a year of ownership and I couldn’t wait. Thanks to google I found out about an extended warranty on the brake pads up to 24,000 miles due to a defect. Only problem is that I was at 23,900 miles and would surpass the warranty mileage by week’s end. Luckily Anthony Dodge said they could fit me in same day. Score! Well as soon as I began driving out to Elverson, PA, passing never ending farms and horse stables, I began to realize why I was able to get an appointment here… Nobody out here owns cars! They apparently only have tractors and cows! Score again! So after finally making it through the winding back roads I was able to get my brakes assessed. Worn to the rotors. Manager comes out and tells me I’ll have to pay full price since the warranty ended at 12k miles. I politely informed him about the warranty extension. He then exclaimed how there was a $ 100 deductible. I then politely informed him the warranty was $ 50 for vehicles under 24,000 miles and $ 100 for 24,000−40,000 miles. He then said«oh, I don’t have the paper with me.» Why are you quoting prices then? They changed my brakes and resurfaced my rotors. So far so good but I really don’t appreciate the very shady price exchange we had. Buyer beware.
