Toys R Us

I brought my Nephews here to buy one thing, anything they wanted in the store.
I knew they wanted something to do with Dragons or Pokemon cards, or something in that field. So I knew it would not be too outrageous.
They went easy, I only spent a little less than $ 50.00.
They were very happy and so was I. They really loved the giant packs of cool cards that they got, along with a little figurine.
Although they did take a really long time to choose their item. So I went wondering around the store looking at other things. Not to worry, my sister stayed with the children.
Anyway, I noticed that a lot of the prices were very high on most Items. Compared to Target and Walmart. Not such a great selection either.
When they finally chose what they wanted we proceeded to the checkout.
We were the only ones at the check out, but 4 people were standing around and they seemed put out that we wanted to check out. They have a frequent buyer card, that they told us nothing about. I could of used it for my sister. Since they would go there more than myself.
That is something I think you should share with you customers. That keeps them coming back in.
Lots of parking and they must be doing something right. Because they have been here for a very long time. I just did not see it that day.
