After deciding NOT to wait an hour or more to talk to a representative at the Rt 17 Verizon Wireless store, decided to try Wireless World.
What a difference! Rich and Jay helped me make my decision on a tablet, analyzed my data plan, and looked for ways to make the most of my account. Rich then took care of initializing my tablet & making sure everything was set up. Painless!
I liked the tablet AND the SERVICE so much, I went back the next day to get another one for myself.
I know where I’m going for any Vz Wireless services in the future.

Wireless World of Emerson is definitely the best place to go for a phone. Everyone in there are extremely nice, friendly and are always willing to help you with anything you need. My boyfriend and I go there every time we need help with something and we always leave happy. There is no other store like this one!

Wireless world is the Cheers of cellphone stores. This is a place that actually cares about you as an individual. Go to a «Best Buy» or any other big box retail joint and you’re just a number, just a $ sign on some corporate excel sheet.
At Wireless world, the Sales Team actually listens to your needs and provides you with the best solution possible.
These guys are the best, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and neither should you.
