Had an appointment with Jesse. I drove all they way from San Diego to Carlsbad (28 miles), went into the salon. Receptionist told me she wasn’t there. I asked the girl at the counter to call her. She didn’t. She told me to call. Really professional right? Well I called. Her phone was off. Three weeks later she’s texted me as if nothing had happened And asked me if I still wanted my lashes done. No thank you. Waste of my time.
