Yancy was referred to us by our real estate agent. From the beginning, Yancy was professional and easy to work with. He met with us initially to tell us where we needed to be financially to make purchasing a home a reality. I feel like he went above and beyond getting us a mortgage. He listened to our every concern and offered valuable advise through the entire process. We ended up closing on a house in August and couldn’t be happier!

I have to say that I’m probably one of Yancy’s more difficult clients. I have high expectations and I expect the same from others. Yancy and his team exceeded my expectations, with his exceptional service. He and his team are upfront and honest and they were able to make a difficult process, seem easy. Yancy was key to me being able to buy my house. The timing for closing was very tight, and he was fast and thorough, and also took the time to explain every step on the process. He gave me honest advice, and I could notice his vast experience. He definitely knows what he is doing. At the end, he even took the time to bring the keys of my new home, even when it was after hours. I highly recommend him to friends and family, an I hope there was a better way to say thanks.

I started the process of qualifying for a loan with Yancy back in Febraury 2015. He was very upfront and honest with me on how to obtain the loan I needed. He didnt leave anything out. He guided me through the process and coached me along the way. His expertise and industry knowlege was impectable. He was nothing but professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I am proud to be a home owner as of May 2015. Without Yancy Im not sure I could have done it on my own. I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a home loan.
