I have seen Dr. Jeremy several times and have always had great adjustments. He takes the time to understand your needs and takes a personal approach with his patients. Would definitely recommend.

Before I talk about Dr. Jeremy, I have to share my previous experiences: I have been having a chronic left knee pain due to tight muscles; in the last 3 – 4 years, I have done Active Release Therapy and Graston Technique with previous chiropractors, the relief was instantons but never sustained for even a week — they always focused on the knee (or around the area) specifically but not the whole body.
It was a pure stroke of luck that I ran into Jeremy Bonsol; he graciously did my first adjustment on a sidewalk (haha — side story: we both were coincidentally volunteering at a «Streets of Hope» event for homeless folks in downtown SD). The adjustment left me in awe and an ear-​to-​ear grin all evening; my body felt so light and I could clearly see how much stress I had in my neck and shoulder. I have promptly made it a priority to see Jeremy every week and needless to say, I feel so much better than I have ever felt.
Jeremy pays close attention to the whole body function and patiently explains what’s going on with your body and answers all questions in detail. I like the fact that he never hurries up and he genuinely cares for his patients to feel better — I have been to Chiropractors before who gives ~5 mins or less and cannot wait to get to their back-​to-​back appointments and operate with business-​first mentality… Jeremy is far from that crowd! You can see from day 1 how authentic he is and how love for what he does shows up in his actions! For the very first time, I do believe that I will reach my fitness goal and get back in shape with the help of my Chiropractor.

Dr. Bonsol is my favorite! I have to honestly make a note that I’ve been hurt quite badly by other doctors in his field therefore I did not trust any of them UNTIL I met Dr. Bonsol! If you have been hurt in the past like I have but have been told you could benefit from an adjustment? Go see him! When you meet him, you’ll see what I’m talking about. He is humble, compassionate and is really good at making you feel 100% relaxed before getting started. If your body doesn’t need an adjustment, he won’t do it! If your concerned about a particular area, he won’t push you into getting it done. If your sciatica is getting pinched due to alignment issue’s like I had few weeks ago, Dr. Jeremy was able relieve me of that debilitating pain after just 1 treatment! He’s a life saver! =)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jeremy for a year for chiropractic work, and he’s always taken the time to not only get to know me, but also to help resolve any pain I’ve had. Recently, I received a reiki massage from him and it was equally as beneficial and effective. I definitely would recommend Dr. Jeremy to any friends or family. A+!

I had knots that needed working out. I could not turn my head to one side and i had pain between my shoulder blades. I heard about Dr. Bonsol and how he could help work those knots out and give me a well needed adjustment.
