I’ve been a client of Marc Gross and Claims, Inc. for the past several months on an insurance claim. He is a licensed appraiser and public adjuster with extensive experience in insurance damage and losses — on the side of business and homeowners. I’ve found Marc to be very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. With respect to my claim, I really found it to be an uneven playing field as the insurance company has all of the resources and expertise. In my case, the public adjuster identified several items (and thousands of dollars) that the insurance company did not incude in their original estimate. He speaks their language and understand the processes to work for you to cover as much of your losses as possible.
