also have been going here for years and never written a review. Pati is great, patient and listens. I always leaving feeling great and that I should have had my «touch up» sooner. THANKS!!!

I had a horrible experience here… I honestly feel bad giving this place 1 star because I’m 99% sure my former hairdresser just rents a chair. This happened a long time ago, but I’ve been meaning to write about it since.
I don’t mind when people mess up, but lying to me is unacceptable. I had my bday dinner that night and engagement party the next day, so I went in for highlights and a haircut. Johanna showed up over 30 min late and didn’t apologize at all… she looked surprised to see me, so obviously forgot I had an appointment.
Halfway through doing the foils, some other lady walks in and she says hold on. By the way, she would always take phone calls during my appointments, which is so unprofessional. Instead of telling me she f*cked up and double booked, she says oh hold on, I just need to work on this other lady — like it was no big deal!
It took almost 4 hours to get my hair done and I’m texting my mom the whole time telling her I’m going to be late to dinner because Johanna blew it. My mom texts her that she’s ruined my dinner (she also gets her hair done by Johanna) and guess what super professional thing happens? Johanna (as usual) checks her phone in the middle of blowdrying my hair. She tells me that my mom is incredibly rude and she won’t put up with this — she’s literally holding the f*cking hairdryer in one hand and texting my mom with the other hand.
So I say wait a minute, you’re talking shit about my mom to ME? MY MOM. I’ve been here for hours and I need to go. She still continues to talk shit about my mom (for real) and how she’s so rude, etc… but wouldn’t admit that she is the one that messed up!
Well, I was late to my dinner… but hey, at least my hair looked good.

Becky did my hair for my wedding and did an absolutely perfect job. She sewed in hair extensions that were for day use. This way I could have fuller and longer hair for the day and now worry about them falling out! My hair lasted all day and was perfect till the end. I even fell asleep that evening, and woke up, and my hair still looked great! Wow! Not only did Becky do a great job with my hair, she also is so fun and friendly, and did a great job at keeping me calm and collected on my big day! I wouldn’t trust anyone but her with my hair!

I’m a guy who’s been a happy customer of Pati at Deluxe for years. I like my hair cut in a semi-‘70s surfer style, but Pati does an amazing job adapting my stubborn tastes to the trends of the current century. It’s a laid-​back, friendly place that feels like home. As long as I have hair, I’ll trust it to Deluxe.

When I moved to this area and was looking for a good hair place, I started to ask people (whose haircut I liked, of course) where they got it done. And that’s how a friend recommended Becky to be.
Becky is great with scissors and I’m always very happy with the result (I’ve seen that she does great with coloring also, but I don’t color my hair so I can’t tell from my own experience). She’s very good on following what you request and also on giving suggestions if you ask for — she never does anything to your hair before discussing it with you first and making sure that she understood exactly what you want.
It’s very pleasant to be on her chair — she’s always on a good mood, always smiling and, having lived around here for her entire life, she always has some good stories to tell about new and old times.
Unlike most stylists, she works until late at night (for us, working girls, that’s wonderful!) and, last but not least, her prices are very reasonable.
