This store has a lot of shoe selections. the manager Joshua was very knowledgeable and
Friendly. He did go out of his way to help me to find a nice and comfortable shoe for my problem
Feet.i will recommend this store to everybody.

It took me two hours and 3 bus transfers to get from San Diego to Joshua and Teresa at Foot Solutions in Encinitas and it was absolutely worth the trip. Joshua was a consummate professional. I must have spent an hour discussing every aspect of what it meant to have Foot Solutions build a pair of custom orthotics. He afforded me a thorough explanation of why my foot was rolling and spanning out incorrectly and how the orthotic would compensate for the loss. He also created 3D imaging of both feet using their in store tech which was highly impressive. Super friendly and always in tune with my concerns and questions, I would like to thank both of these two very kind and considerate people for making me feel at ease and valued as a customer. Great job!

Foot solutions is a lot more than I expected in many ways. I bought a pair of boots and my heels were slipping up when I walked so I wanted an insert to fill up some space.
The full service staff looked at my situation and tried several options to optimize the fit of the boots including adding a pad in the top to stop my foot from pressing too far forward and a riser under the toes to keep the heels down.
I wanted the insole that I came in for in the end.
The accessories are stored behind the counter so I did not know what the cost would be. I was guessing $ 15 – 20 but I was about 500% wrong. The total was $ 97 which shocked me. I almost turned away due to sticker shock but was too embarassed after the good service.
My husband bought shoes there for $ 350 once, the superior service and quality demand a high price.

Terrible customer service. I went in there to find comfortable shoes for traveling. There were two workers in there chatting away each with a customer. One said he’d be with me shortly but after 15 minutes without even offering to get me a pair of the 3 shoes I had picked out I left of frustration. It’s a small store and clearly myself and the person I was with were waiting for their help and being very polite but we were ignored. It would have taken two minutes to atleast get us started before returning to the other customers. But instead we heard them ramble on about non shoe related conversations.

I took my handicap mother there who has a lot of difficulty walking. We took the shoes home and she wore them twice around her home not outside. The shoe was too loose and she could not keep it on her foot. We went back after 9 days and they would not exchange them or return them. They cost my mother over $ 200 and the owner would not take them back because it was over 7 days. They did not look worn. They have a terrible attitude towards customer service so don’t buy there unless you know the shoe is absolutely perfect for you.
