This is totally the best place ever. Gluten free coconut wraps? Butter/honey coffee? And good prices, cool setup, and the free water has a nice fruit flavor. I came here for lunch but will be back, possibly to move in full time.

I was recommended this place by a friend as we both recently went vegan and we’re looking for good and vegan friendly place to eat. I had the veggie burrito and not only was it delicious but there was a lot of options with it. The actual inside was very clean and neat everything was easy to find I like the help yourself water jug. All the ingredients were super clean and fresh and it was a very good choice.

Love this place, healthy and delicious. The food is unique and I feel good about eating it. My only criticism is that sometimes they forget the salad dressings for takeout!

Tasty breakfast burrito. Plus awesome latte! The only down side is the additional $ 2 dollars for whole milk instead of skim.

Fresh, Local, Farm direct — this is a treat. Kombucha on tap is very good too. I had the grapefruit sage Kombucha — very nice. The Turkey Greek Salad was a good size and the ingredients were superior quality. Lettuce nice and crisp. The Greek dressing had great flavor. In addition to local farm raised meat like the turkey and roast beef — they also offer their sandwiches on Local artisan baker, Prager Brothers Bread. Lots of interesting variety on the menu. Like: Bone Broth — coffee blended with butter & honey — coconut wraps — etc. you should definitely explore. Really healthy great tasting foods.

Really the only place I know where you can get things like bulletproof coffee, fresh bone broth or kombucha on tap. The food is thoughtfully prepared and delicious as well as being incredibly healthy. They also have a great mellow vibe too with no hipster pretentiousness at all. I highly recommend GoodOnYa.

Did a easy 6-mile run up here and always wanted to try this place so I popped in for a refuel. Didn’t know what to order since it was my first time here so I went for a staple soup and sandwich combo. I ordered the Turkey #1 on multigrain bread(turkey, cranberry sauce, Jack cheese, avocado) and the tomato basil soup. The coffee menu also caught my wandering eye and I could not resist the call of the salted caramel latte(my boyfriend is to blame for getting me addicted to salted caramel everything!). The sandwich was awesome. It was like a sandwich you would make at home, except with exceptionally fresh organic ingredients. The bread was soft and had an artisanal texture that was velvety and moist. The combo of flavors in the sandwich filling could only be described as So Cal Thanksgiving without the unhealthy gravy. Delicious, filling, and not at all coma-inducing. The tomato basil soup was served piping hot and was chunky like a good marinara sauce. It had a garden fresh flavor and made my belly happy. The salted caramel latte was a delish«dessert» to finish off the meal! How can a drink like that not be delish, after all. You can’t go wrong with salted caramel. Overall, I would classify this place as being a little on the pricey side, but you soon forget that with the quality of the fare they are serving. After all, fresh and organic does not come cheap so you are getting what you pay for. I’m glad to have another awesome place to stop in at in Encinitas!

I love the simplicity and straight forwardness of this place. The atmosphere is very friendly, open, and inviting. The food is quality, and you know you’re getting a product that’s been sourced with thoughtfulness regarding your health! They say«99% organic» on the menu(I think Ham is the only thing on there that’s not organic), and make accommodations for all sorts of dietary restrictions and lifestyles. I love that they have as much variety in their coffee and drink menu as their food menu. The various types of butter coffee, rotating kombucha on tap, organic everything… Hard to not like this place. PERFECT for a pit stop during a morning run, cycle, or meet up with friends. Support these guys!

Amazing!!! It’s refreshing to see a café that exudes so much passion in their ingredients. So many unique and healthy and-dare I say it– pretty intricacies to each item on their menu. Even with their sugars(organic cane sugar and coconut palm nectar). Their Americano was pure perfection; smooth, hot, and deep-sigh-worthy(with the three+ seconds close eyes). I pretty much inhaled it. Usually, «health-conscious» food places aren’t as committed to every single thing on their menu and their store. And many don’t know how to make good coffee. It’s rare to come to a place and have it all. You get it all at GoodOnYa and I feel the price for high quality ingredients, service, and coffee is very reasonable. I also had their protein breakfast wrap. Delicious and hearty. They do not skimp on the avocado and their salsa is so fresh and delicious-mild but with a tiny kick. Can’t wait to return and try the rest!

A bit pricey, but damn good. Best sandwich(tuna) and coffee(Americano) I’ve had in a long time. Courteous and laid back staff. Good stuff.

The food itself(and the service!) would have received a 4 or 5 star rating from me if it wasn’t for the pricing. $ 10 for a simple veggie sandwich that doesn’t even have any remotely expensive ingredients on it(I.e., no avocado or cheese)? $ 12 for something with meat? These are basic sliced-bread sandwiches with an organic hipster flair. It’s too bad, because I was hoping for a good low-key casual deli to run to at lunch breaks. The prices do not match with the setting and are not going to attract any working lunch-time regulars in town. I’d suggest knocking 2 dollars off of every food item they offer. A+ for the reusable utensils and straws, though!

This place truly wow’d me. What a fresh new way to craft healthy and delicious meals. I think this is also the only place in town that you can get a cup of bone broth on the fly. Love all their ingredients and the owners are there on the weekends giving great insight into their menu. Highly recommend checking this place out. It may be my new favorite breakfast spot in north county. Try out the breakfast burrito and the coffee with butter, coconut oil and honey. The combo may seem odd, but it’s delicious and great brain food!

I’ve been to the Goodonya in Kearny Mesa, and I was so excited to hear they were opening one in Encinitas. I’ll keep this brief… Love the environment, window bar seating, awesome coffee on tap, and the breakfast burrito was so tasty! Staff was so kind. The sandwiches are always a great pick also! They put love, and dedication into the restaurant and lots of fresh ingredients in the food :):):):):) If you haven’t been here, go!

Ooh, heaven is a place on earth! I’ve had the veggie burrito and both of the veggie sandwiches. All the food has tasted fresh, yummy and nourishing. I’ve also had the mineral-rich bone broth(you can choose from beef or chicken, and add extras like turmeric, collagen or marrow fat), which is thought to be great for the gut, joints, energy, immunity…(Google«bone broth benefits»). Get the«Roxy» drink! It tastes amazing when you get it with espresso!

Holy moly this place is the most epic restaurant and café in Encinitas. I’m having my favorite raw cacao hemp milk latte sans coffee. Met Chris the other day a former olympic field hockey player. What she’s doing here is epic. Gluten-free options wrong options. As a predominantly vegetarian vegan as much as I can lover of life I am so happy and grateful that a place like this exist and very much excited about how groups like this grow and how these options become more available.
