The idiot I am I went for the Promo Table4two, where you pay for one and the other is free (yea right)!!! I was charged $ 70.00 on my cc and the total was $ 8.00. Its been almost two weeks now and they refuse to correct the amount on my card. Called and was told, still working on it. I would not us this promo again, just go to the location (maybe) and pay then.

Quick & friendly service at a decent price. Good portions. Filled up & still took some home.

Every time i come here they run out of ice tea. When i asked them to refill it they act like im asking for the moon and still dont brew any. Trash cans are always over filled and trays smell dirty wet rags.

It would be ridiculous to expect authentic Chinese cuisine at a Panda Express but as far as American «Chinese» food goes it’s pretty good. I’m only giving three stars because of the service. I understand working at this establishment is probably a nightmare but the cashiers are consistently sub par. They’re condescending, generally rude, and speak quietly even if the place is loud. However, if they keep you waiting they’ll often give out coupons or mochi.
Last night my boyfriend was getting Panda and all I wanted was a fortune cookie. He specifically asked the attendant if she had put one in the bag since she had forgotten to give the family before us any. She said she had but when we got home — no fortunes. The manager acted legitamitely sorry on the phone and was nice enough to offer us a bag cookies.

Had the mushroom chicken… it was tasteless… i was only here cuz co-​workers wanted to go. Not a fan… don’t like it… never enjoy it but maybe i’m getting the wrong things. Customer service was stellar although they tried to put my little mushroom chicken box into someone’s bag that watched but didn’t correct so i let it go as far as it could. Then after they paid… and tried to charge me for the next order… i said «I had the mushroom chicken that you put in their bag over there.» hahahahaha… had some fun with that.

I go here all the time.

The service was so super nice even though we came close to closing time.
Tried their pork ribs and it was good at this location, not dried out like other locations.
It’s pretty clean for the most part, didn’t get to use the bathroom (so not to sure on that part.)
This location holds up to its par.

The food is always yummy, especially the Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken with Green Beans. Tonight I received awesome service. I originally wanted to order two entrees and a side of rice. When I placed my order, the server volunteered another way to order the same items and quantity of entrée without paying for a side of rice and even saving a little money. I had a delicious meal at a fair price served up by excellent people.

Food was good. Better quality than some other Panda Expresses that we’ve been to. J.R. was awesome though. He asked us how everything was twice while we were there. A+ for his friendliness.

This is a really good Panda Express! Every staff member I have talked with is always nice and I don’t think I have had to wait for something that wasn’t ready for more than a minute or two. I don’t mind this at all, because then I know I am getting fresh food!
The bathrooms are typically pretty clean and they do have a nice outdoor seating area which is necessary considering they get very busy during peak hours.

Waited over 10 minutes for them to prepare Beijing beef for my dinner. Then he gave me a really small serving. Probably won’t be going back to this location!

Good food but every time I order food from here they never have the popular entrees ready. Super slow service

Terrible experience. The attendant was extremely rude and condescending. The Beijing beef was hard and overcooked. Asked to speak to a manager and they said he was gone. Then the rude attendant had the nerve to approach me. NEVER going back!!!

This is the best panda around. Very clean super friendly staff and consistent portion sizes.

Really great. Fresh and wok taste. Tucson ones esp UA Student Union are getting more and more steam table taste. This one is not like that at all.

So weird that this Panda location gets a bad rep! We come here ALL the time, we’re Panda fanatics. We used to live an hour away from where we worked, so my fiancé and I would drive together and would wait for each other to get off work in this shopping center (Panda, B & N, Target). I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve been here.
The food is usually stocked and fresh, and they’ll always make us a new batch of something if there’s nothing left. We came last Sunday and my fiancé wanted something they were out of… they were going to close in 20 minutes and they still did it.
Honestly, it’s a fast food restaurant. People should not be coming in here with sky high expectations! The employees are nice and the food is good. I’m not coming into a Panda to critique every little detail… I’m coming in for a quick order of kung pao chicken, and half chow mein/​half steamed rice, I’m eating my food, and leaving!
(Also, if you’re so mad, take the survey at the bottom of your receipt. You get a free entrée with a purchase of a two-​entrée meal, so at the very least you get another lunch and you can always take your grumbly self to another location!)

I stopped in for a quick to go dinner before my board meeting.
There was a line, but it moved quickly. Picked up a side of chow mein for $ 2.25 and their new steak side. They were out of chow mein, so they made a fresh batch and delivered it to me. Nice staff.
I had this stupid craving for their chow mein. I know, I know — as greasy and how unauthentic it is, I still like their noodles.
