Buying a new home generally is the biggest investment a person will ever make. Even though the buying a home is an exciting time for a buyer they need to have an inspection of all major components of their new home. Michael is dedicated to giving superior service and a very readable, understandable report with photos showing the issues. Michael exposes unknown issues that I as an agent and my buyers would not have know existed. His reports address structural components exterior, heating, air conditioning, insulation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and oodles more. Whether you are an Realtor or a buyer looking for an inspector I know you will be happy with Michaels work and his report.

Mike did a great job inspecting the two houses I bid on this year. He is professional, systematic, patient and paying attention to details. After 4 hours of inspection, he gave me a detailed walk-​through and provided advises on my options of repair. He identified safety issues, code violations, water damages, cosmetic problems… big and small from structure damages down to wrong lables on electric outlet. The next day, he sent me a 30 page reports with detailed write-​ups and pictures. At the end of the report, he provided a detailed list of «repair» items which I used direclty for Request of Repair to the seller.
I used one other inspector a few years back, which is a bit cheaper than Mike but the service is no where close to what Mike provided. Since house is a big ticket item, having a reliable inspection from Mike certainly paid off for me.

Absolutely thrilled to have picked Mike to do my home inspection. I am an out of town buyer and completely had to rely on word of mouth which proved to be highly accurate. Mike spend almost 5 hours (on the hottest day in about 10 years no less) on a 2,000 sq ft home. Not only did he uncover issues, potentail issues but also was very well up-​to-​date on code for the period of the time the house was built. If buying property is all about location, location, location, then the inspection should be all about detail, detail, detail. That is exactly what I got.
As with the other reviewers the report he prepared and sent out within a day of the inspection was art. In addition to well written notes there were diagrams, pictures and drawings to support the body of work. The color coding of notes was just another example of the time and artistry of the work that came out of the inspection. Lastly, the summary was concise, yet targeted with the important items to focus on. I actually read the entire report on my smartphone with ease and complete understanding.
In the end, Mike’s inspection saved me from purchasing a property with deficiencies above my skill set to manage. More impressively is the cost was in line with other inspection services that would have taken ¹⁄₃ of the time. Not sure why you wouldn’t go with the service. This is one service where ‘good’ and ‘great’ are not enough with the amount of money at stake. You need exceptional. Very easy to recommend. Thanks!
