I am a vegan college student who signed up for health coaching with Pegah of PKNY because I wasn’t feeling my healthiest. I was making a lot of microwave meals, not sleeping well and feel just bloated and gross in general. Pegah helped me figure out what foods I am sensitive to, what foods to add to my diet in order to stay healthy, and the importance of a routine in the morning to motivate myself to begin my day. I now cook 90% of my meals at home, and I am confident in my health. I would recommend PKNY to anyone who knows they need to change an aspect of their life, but need the support and knowledge to make it happen!
