I called Martin to fix a color problem on my HP Color Laser Jet printer. He was willing to repair the printer in my home which I greatly appreciate as I work out of my home. He worked diligently for 2 hours and after trying many different things the color was better but not yet right. So before ordering an expensive part and starting a repair that was more pricier than my printer is worth, Martin laid out all of my options and left the decisions up to me. He was knowledgeable, kind, hard working and extremely reasonable. I will call him again if needed.
