I’m going to really miss this place. We have to move out because they didn’t have a two bedroom soon enough for us and we needed a bigger place pronto. For the value you get, this place is worth every penny. As for the management, they are awesome. Every time I’ve had an issue, they address it right away. (One time the dish washer wasn’t working, they had the guy come next day and then go order parts and we got everything taken care of really quickly). I love the greenery. There’s a pool and jacuzzi, a workout room and a pool hall. Now that I have to move into another apartment, I realized how chill they were about accepting us in the first place. (with credit, etc.) All in all, we had a wonderful experience here. I can’t say enough about this place.

Very quit lush older landscaping. because it is a building built around the 70’s (I am guessing here) it has HUGE square footage and nice amenities overall especially for the price. Sure if you have to have brand new then this probably wouldn’t work for you but I would take the square footage over new, hands-down any day. Clean, quite, the park is across the street, what else could you ask for? It is a great location!
I am lucky in that I don’t have to go up many stairs but for anyone afraid of heights, there are a lot of stairs in this building. Maintenance is quick to fix a problem and the office staff is fairly friendly and flexible. Super nice that they are open seven days a week. After close to two years living here I can say that I am sorry to be leaving because I will miss it!
