Took so long to get the courage to do my hair, and I’m so glad I went to Masey! She really made me feel she understood what I wanted, and I trusted that with her experience, she knew what would work for me and my face. She cut my hair and gave me highlights that really compliment my face! Furthermore, she always made me feel comfortable, and her assistant Lilly is just as wonderful! Next time I might go a bit lighter, but point is I will definitely save some money to go to Masey again! While it did cost a pretty dollar, I would rather pay more for an amazing experience than pay less for dissatisfaction. Treat yo self with Masey! Went to Masey to color a few white hairs and get some dimensional highlights. Quite pleased with my first visit and look forward to seeing her again.
She is very professional and warm at the same time. There was only one more client she was working with during my time at the salon so I felt well taken care of.
Setting up an appointment: Text her, she should respond within a few days to a week.
Tips: Bring photos of what you are looking for. Masey spends a good amount of time talking to you and finding out what you want.

Miracles happen! I even lost five pounds after my haircut!
Jokes aside, Nicole was a phenomal hair dresser. Equal parts knowledgable, personable, dedicated, and talented. I learned so much about my hair and came out extremely happy about my hair. Nicole knows what she’s doing and, even better, she’s passionate about what she’s doing. All in all, it was a delight to have found this gem in Encino and the diamond that is Nicole!

Ok let me just start with miracles do exist lol seriously Cory is my miracle she does amazing color and bleach and comes out soft but let’s just say I have jet black hair and she makes it Platinum blonde and it’s amazing and then adds a special pink and bamm. I look off the hook I feel great and I couldn’t ask for better cooler hair thank u Cory I’m ready for my shoots. She’s on point. Im super happy costumer

I had been wanting to go mermaid bright (my hair) for a while now and noticed this salon when a friend posted pix on Facebook and I out of curiosity ticked on the link to their page — I was impressed to say the least. So I booked my first appointment with Masey a few days before my birthday last December. Masey was awesome!!! I usually dread going to salons and now I’m about to go for my 3rd touch-​up. Totally recommend, especially Masey. ;-)

I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment and one of their employees in particular. Masey is BY FAR the BEST hair stylist I’ve ever had. I recommend her to everyone, both people I know and don’t. She’s great! Professional and definitely knows what she’s doing. None of my hair ideas have ever been too crazy for her she’s excellent!

I’ve gone to Masey twice now and both times she has left me wowed! I’ve box dyed my hair so many times that I thought it was at the point of no return but both times Masey managed to not only fix it, but do exactly what I wanted with it! She tells me exactly what I need to know before and answers all the questions that i might have and makes everyone around her just feel comfortable. I look forward to coming to Masey in the future and see how much more fun I can have w my hair!

Got my hair done twice at Butterfly Loft and honestly, it is sincerely the best salon ever !! I love the vibe that it has, very kind people everyone just seems so happy, you can truly tell the hair stylist that work there LOVE their job.
Sydney is my go to girl and I plan on keeping it that way for as long as I shall live! Haha .
She is so knowledgable, down to earth and so sweet ! I love how she interacts with her customers and there’s never an awkward moment lol.
Both times I’ve gone I’ve left there super happy with the results. You honestly get what you pay for here, ALL worth it!
