I get sprayed tanned here they are the best in town! Love Mel the manager!!! if you have any questions or concerns about it she will explain everything to you throughly ! They are so sweet and down-​to-​earth all the girls that work there wre the nicest… we love this place! Best products too!

It was my first time ever TANNING. I was going to Vegas and I didn’t want to be super white. So I decided on an airbrush tan. The girls were super nice especially the front desk receptionist. I did the light medium shade. It was very cold and awkward. Rio who did my spray tan explained everything thoroughly. However, I don’t think I will spray tan again. My legs ended up looking orange the next day. It was not the shade I thought I was going to turn out. Also I was recommended not to shower for 8 hours. I woke up smelling so bad. Im aware this is the basic process but it was just not for me.
I give them 3 stars for the service and price. They also sent me cards to give out to my friends.

I came here a few days ago for the first time. I am a customer of their woodland hills location and I love the way their service is. The girls were very kind and approachable. They even supplied me with face sun screen. I love this tanning salon!!! They have the best best service. One of the greatest tanning salons in the SFV! Definitely recommend it!!!

Wow– this place I’ve been coming too for 5 years and I’ve never had such bad service. I think ownership has changed or something. I cannot believe the manager Stacy told me it isn’t the girls jobs to keep track of my tans. I came in to tan and every time before hand the gals who worked here would let me know when it was my last time so I get my early upgrade. At this time I walked in and Stacy the manager told me I didn’t have tans. I was a bit shocked and asked why the girl last week didn’t let me know so I can do my early upgrade. She then replays with, it’s not there job to keep track of my tans. She was very rude, instead of making the situation better, she just made it so I never come back. I was hurt after 5 years feeling like my loyalty to them meant nothing.

I got my first airbrush here yesterday and I LOVE it. It was really weird the first hour or two after but I slept with it on then showered this morning. Looks just as good as yesterday in the mirror at the tanning salon. The girl that helped me, Rhea (?) was very thorough, pleasant and made me feel comfortable (in an awkward moment). Will definitely come back. Both girls that I spoke with were very nice and informative. Definitely recommend the airbrush services and this place!

I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always so friendly and the locations is really convenience on Ventura Blvd.
Each time I come in, it’s such a quick and easy process. On rare occasion I might have to wait a little to use one of the beds but for the most part that’s not an issue. The staff is always really nice and friendly so it’s not an issue.
I was noticeably darker after just one time visiting this place. Can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve been here for about 3 years now and have never been disappointed. The deals are great… I hardly ever wait in line. and they are all sweethearts with smiles. especially Mel. She takes time to remember your name. That’s pretty rare in La La Land… Go here! Red light therapy completely cleared my acne scars in 3 months… Very clean too!

Haven’t been here since June of last summer, but need to get my tan on for March 19th a special event I am attending. I already have a good base tan from laying out, but have come here 4 times now in the regular bed. I am already super dark! I go in the one by the front door, its really good at getting you dark! Mel signed me back up, and is super sweet. Most of the girls are here. I wish they still opened at 8 on Sundays, as I like to get my gym and tanning done early on the weekends. I do want to try the Woodland Hills location just for comparison, but this is so close to home. I love it here, and the great results i get too!

I have been coming to Insatiable now for just over a year, not only do the girls here help me look delicious they are all extremely helpful and fantastic as well.
If you are looking for the best airbrush or spray tan you truly have to talk with Reo, she is an absolute darling and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Reo even helped me with deciding which sunbed to use for my desired color I wanted to go, perfect!
Previously had experiences with other salons and they just don’t compare to insatiable and their staff, from product knowledge to friendliness they’re next to none.
Oh just a little side note, definitely go to the Encino location over Woodland Hills.

Got a spray tan today at insatiable and it was a wonderful experience from begging to end!
I called and spoke to Paige to set an appointment, and she made me feel so unbelievably comfortable with the whole process. Not only did she do an amazing job with my spray tan, but she was an absolute doll! I wish everyone had her attitude! Highly recommend her.
