Jamba Juice

Not to bad of a place if you are looking for a quick fruit smoothie but the overall value of this Jamba Juice dropped .
The service is a little slow, the prices continue to rise by large margins, and it looks like they drop the sizes.
I am not satisfied with my overall visit to Jamba Juice based mostly that I spent 8 bucks on a orange juice with apple and carrot juice and it took 10 minutes to make

JJ has been my go-​to fruit smoothie store, with my favorite flavor being Caribbean Passion. The energy shot is highly effective, the extra large Mango Madness smoothie with the energy shot got me through a 3-​hour solo dance performance.
Every location I’ve been has had great customer service and fast service no matter how crowded it may be.

DO NOT SUPPORT JAMBA JUICE!!! They bring those spinning wheels to «win free smoothies» and we caught their girls stopping the wheel so no one could win!!! I called them out on Instagram and they admitted and and gave a BS excuse that they were trying to make everyone happy by giving them a water bottle instead because some people were from out of town and didn’t want a smoothie because they don’t have a close jamba??? Uh last I checked Jamba Juice is like everywhere. I’m appalled they asked their employees to do that. We all vowed we will never go back and we will tell everyone whenever Jamba Juice gets brought up. DONT GO!!!

Terrible. They didn’t even get my order right, then refused a refund or an exchange. Do not get any acaí smoothie as they are gross and taste terrible. They’re also overpriced.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Firstly let me say this review does not reflect the people working here, they were all very kind and helpful. I had the gentleman working here make me a pacific passion and it tasted like it has rotten fruit in it. The person who made my smoothie ensured that that wasn’t the case and made my boyfriend and I another one. The same disgusting flavor. Then for our third time we tried different flavored smoothies and they were also disgusting. We were too embarrassed to complain again so we just left. I don’t know if they’re using dirty blenders and that’s what we’re tasting but we definitely will not be back to this location.

I came here yesterday and got the Starwberry and banana crunch bowl. It was really good, but the bowl wasn’t as filled as it should be. I have been here before and trust me I know what it should look like. For $ 8.50 I would expect more than what I got. Overall, the item I ordered tasted delicious, but I just don’t feel I got what I paid for. I would definitely come back again because I love Jamba Juice I mean who doesn’t? But, some improvements need to be made and that’s for sure. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

All Jambas are not created equal. Second bad experience in a row here. And they’re the only Jamba I’ve been to that charges for fresh OJ substitution in the smoothie. Too many other locations nearby. Won’t be back.

Love this place ! The staff here is always so friendly ! One of the girls there (I’m sorry I forgot her name) compliments me on my eyelashes and make up! She’s so sweet ! I’ll have to get her name next time I go in to make sure she gets the credit she deserves ! I also wanted something changed with my drink and she knew exactly how to alter it to my liking. So yeah, this location deserves all 5 stars !!! Thank you for having such a wonderful staff !

Came in this morning to pick up my 9-​pack of cold pressed juice (Groupon), only to find 3 flavors available! I’ve gotten CPJ at other Juiceries, and this by far was the most disappointing experience thus far. I can appreciate trying to capitalize on a growing trend, but if you’re going to do it, do it right! The lack of variety is not even near sufficient for a cleanse. Employees were also unaware of the promotion, and there weren’t even carrying cases for the bottles. I really doubt these are being produced properly either, based on the taste. Didn’t seem very fresh, especially when compared to other companies that press the juice fresh & onsite.
If you’re looking for a classic Jamba smoothy blended with sorbet, you’ll probably be satisfied, but if you’re looking for Cold Pressed Juice, I’d go someone else that specializes in it.

Overall the staff is friendly. That being said every time I come there is an issue. This time the system was down and the girl could not figure it out. No big deal, it happens but the girl should have figured it out after it happened to the girl before me. Then my drink was horrible with a ton of ginger. Luckily the manager was there and made me a new drink. The last time I had an issue with my gift card that was not fixed. I think the staff at this location needs better training.

Seriously, Orange Appeal. I order them everywhere, but this Jamba Juice messes them up more than any other. I don’t want an Orange Creamcicle. And their prices are a little higher than others as well. I need to find a new smoothie place in the area…

BOO! Awful customer service. I sat and waited forever until I side eyed the idiot working there (why there was only one person working is beyond me).
She didn’t apologize for making me wait and my smoothie was subpar.
Not going back to this Jamba location ever. Whoever is the manager for this Jamba Juice — you’re employee was terrible.

I’m not even from the area but Lucy gave me some of the worst service I’ve ever had. She had no smile, bad attitude, and right after I gave her my card she was already asking the next customer what they wanted. She was completely rude and I know I won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

My bf and I dropped in for a double shot of wheatgrass each. We were helped by Alicia and here are some things we noticed:
1) Alicia looked pissed/​not friendly at all
2) no thank you and or eye contact from beginning to end of transaction
3) no receipt given or offered
4) she walked away while I was signing my copy of the receipt/​super rude
5) after she finished making our wheatgrass, she left it on the counter and didn’t tell us
To be fair I have to mention, this was place was not busy during my visit and the other staffs looked more approachable and willing to do their jobs.

Fast and friendly Jamba Juice!

This place is under staffed! During peak times the kids can’t serve more than 5 people. I wait for 30 minutes all the time since I am here every week. I suggest managing the schedule better or customers will no longer come here.

I feel like I’m always here!
The girls know me and my order and I’m happy the toaster is finally replaced/​repaired! No more cold breakfast wraps!
They’re so customer satisfaction oriented here and genuinely caring.
I think this in the best jamba I’ve seen since I was in high school.
They’re fun and sweet. I even had a girl make me a ginger shot for me to take «to go» on her dime because I told her I was picking up a quick breakfast because my boyfriend was sick. He was grateful for her concern and care.
Good customer service experience will go a long way with me.
I’m certainly returning here!
Caribbean Passion and Spinach wrap, here I come!

In comparison to the Jamba Juice near my house this one is a vast improvement. They get my orders right, they listen, they are friendly, and they seem like they enjoy their work.
I don’t have issues with attitudes, and I’m greeted with a smile every time. Since this location is closer to my work, I would still rather leave earlier and go here than the Studio City Location.

I came in on my way to work. Normally in at work at 6am today I started later. Thought I’d get a jamba. I asked the girl if she was good at making a red gummy bear, even though there is a recipe because some people suck at making it. They acted like assholes and the girls said, Ive been here for 6 years I can’t tell you if it’s good or bad.

It was a good drink but she made me feel like shit.
Also my friends oatmeal only had a third of a banana instead of a whole one.

The place is across my office and it is very convenient for me if I want to juice. Today they were giving out a free juice until 11 a.m. So, I got some extra energy prior to lunch. The line was not too long and the service was friendly. The Veggie Harvest tasted great.
