This office is a disgrace they are rude, unprofessional. They dont keep track of authorizations. They don’t have a office manager to take care of complaints. Even the doctor is so unprofessional making negative comments in front of patient with his office staff. Don’t ever go to this office at all. Beware! They don’t even deserve that one star!

i forgot to update this awite back but I called the office to sort out the bill i was being charged for and the dr. s wife answered and helped fix the situation and later let me know the previous girl who had made this issue all start in the first place was laid off. very nice lady. very happy that my issue was resolved

He doesn’t even deserve the one star I just gave him. My 19 year old son was referred to him for Plantar Warts. Dr. Goss told my son that they may be cancerous and has to do a biopsy BUT that’s after he sends in the paper work to his family doctor for authorization.
That was last week Wednesday! After repeatedly calling his office on the following day (nobody ever answers the phone, there’s only his voice on answering machine), and leaving messages to please expedite the papers so we can do the biopsy asap since «it might be cancerous», his office called back that they JUST faxed the papers on Thursday afternoon at 5pm!
Well, today is Tuesday, our family doctor has NOT received any fax from his office yet, I have not gotten a call back (I left yet another message this morning).
Unorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent above all! You don’t tell a 19 year old your plantar warts «may be cancerous» and then let him wait for a week! And you don’t lie regarding having sent paperwork when you really have not!
I have just made an appointment for my son to see a dermatologist instead. And I’m more than willing to pay out of pocket since they don’t take my insurance.
Thanks for nothing Dr. Goss!
