Kumon Math and Reading Center of Encino

Great place for kids to learn.
Best location and affordable too! Great asset for any parents and students wanting to better their grades. I highly recommend this place.
Both of my kids went here and we’re super happy. However I think from personal experience that the reading and writing part of Kumon is better than the math part of Kumon.
Wish I had known about this place years ago!

Kumon has been proven successful with my daughter. She seems to benefit from repetition and mastering certain skills before moving on to more complicated ones. Clara seems to genuinely care about her students.

My son joined Kumon about six months ago just before starting first grade. He’s been doing math and reading at the center twice a week, along with the daily packets here at home. I don’t really know how to write this review without sounding like a cheerleader.
My wife and I have watched his math and reading skills skyrocket these last few months. We love everyone at the center specially the lady (seems like the owner) who runs it. Even though he’s only been going for a few months, he’s already well above grade level at math and more than proficient in reading when compared to the other students in his class. It’s helped with his confidence and it’s also made his schoolwork/​homework that much more manageable.
We definitely plan to keep him in Kumon for as long as possible.
