I don’t know why my review is taken off this site. I had a very horrible experience with this co.
Showcase Kitchen and I will be more careful next time I deal with a company like that. They kept my entire retainer of $ 2500. and I received absolutely nothing for it. They fired the person who was working with me and it went on over a year of no service and then they blamed me. By the time they wanted to change people I wasn’t interested in them anymore for such poor service. They refused to return my deposit and I didn’t even have any plans or anything to show for my money. Nothing!!! A total ripoff

Showcase Kitchens is a very professional design and construction company. I enjoyed working with their designers during our kitchen and bath remodeling project. I highly recommend that you meet with their staff and see for your self if you are planning a remodeling project

Ernesto has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication skills are excellent — very punctual, descriptive, and does not leave me on my own guessing or the questions i need to ask.
Showcase’ showroom is an excellent display, extremely conveniently located, easy to navigate. As soon as I stepped in, Ernesto came right up to me. He gave me enough space to view things on my own while also making me feel like he was available to answer any questions I have.
I look for communication and receptiveness first and foremost when beginning a large project and Ernesto had me on board as soon as I walked into their Encino showroom.

I was referred to Ernesto over ten years ago and since then he has worked on two homes of mine. He has a great team and always seems to come up with ideas that I would have never thought of. The best part of Showcase is that they do everything in-​house. Ernesto takes care of drawing the plans, pulling permits, all the construction, and even decorating if you need it. I liked every worker and staff member that came to my home and never had to worry about who was in my home. This is a big deal when you have people in the home when your family is living there. Ernesto and Melissa are currently finishing up a large remodel for my parents that is almost finished and looks incredible.

This Showroom is an absolute joke, one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a business. As I am reading the below reviews I am noticing people also had a terrible experience with a lady who works there. So rude and unhelpful. plus there was a disgusting odor coming from the back I didn’t know if it was the store or the lady who worked there’s bad attitude… either way IT STINKS!

Ernesto and his team designed and remodeled our bathroom and well exceeded our expectations. We now have an amazing show piece of a Master Bathroom and plan on doing more with Showcase in the future. I highly recommend Ernesto and his amazing team.

Gary — Dec 30, 2011. Can’t say enough good things about Showcase, both in the planning and construction phase. They completely remodeled my kitchen — transformed it, really. Michael Hartstein is a superior designer, and Steve Love, the contractor, was outstanding in his management of the project. Each workman who worked on the project was superior in both skill and attitude. They got the job done ahead of schedule, and left nothing behind — no loose ends. Showcase is worth the quality of product and service.

After months of dealing with this company over bathroom cabinets, we have decided to just quit trying to get satisfaction. Sold as solid wood and found to be veneer. Checks cashed that should have been returned. Color that doesn’t really match. And a salesman, Ernesto, who won’t return our calls. No, I don’t recommend doing anything with this company.
