First and foremost, THIS IS THE BEST FLOWER SHOP IN THE VALLEY!!! I have been coming here since 1992 and I will NEVER go anywhere else for flowers. This is a family-​owned business, but not just any family-​owned business. This is the nicest family ever!!! They are the best in this business. They are accommodating, kind, professional, they do an absolutely outstanding job, their product is THE BEST OF THE BEST, and they KNOW what they are doing!!! These are the real experts in the floral business. I’ve been a very happy customer all these years, and it’s because of them!!! Thank you for always being so amazing!!!

Spring Flowers is great. They prepare the most beautiful arrangements and boquets. I have orders flowers for special events, birthdays and valentines. I have been impressed every time.
They also do flower arrangements for weddings and parties. The prices are reasonable too. Overall very nice neighborhood flower store.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my grandmother. I was shocked to hear the phone call that said she never got anything. I didn’t even get a call from the shop either. I called them and the guy that spoke broken English said he didn’t know what happened. He said they would deliver the flowers with an extra box of chocolate. Then I saw my grandmothers Facebook post that said «Thank you for the wilted flowers» wow do not order from this flower shop. Maybe they should just stick to walk ins and not deliveries.

Came here for birthday flowers today. Really nice gentleman helped me with the arrangement that I was looking for. The flowers turned out beautiful and the price was really good not what I expected.
If your in the Encino area and looking for a good florist this is the place you should come to.

This is the WORST florist i have ever done business with. I order a lot of flowers for my wife, at least once a month. I have worked with a lot of florists and this guy is the rudest, the least professional and he doesn’t care about his clients. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP.
On 2÷13÷13 i ordered $ 180 worth of flowers for Valentines delivery on 2÷14÷13. The guy told me that he would deliver the flowers in the morning, he said he can’t give an exact time but he would deliver before lunch for sure.
My house is only 1 mile from his flower shop, his driver arrived at 7:45 PM, yes at night. The roses looked half dead and his delivery was late by almost 8 hours.
I had already arrived home from work and realized there were no flowers delivered to my wife, so i went out and bought some flowers from another florist.
I asked the guy to take the flowers back and asked for a refund. The florist refused to give me a refund or store credit, and HE HUNG UP ON ME.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, He’s RUDE and DOESN’T CARE about the clients. He doesn’t think that a customer who pays $ 180 for one order is worth satisfying and retaining.

Three years ago, I ordered a Valentine’s Day arrangement from this shop, and was quite happy with the service and quality of the flowers. They are in my neighborhood, so I was really pleased to find a local business to support. When they sent a reminder email the following year, I quickly went to their website and placed another order.
Big mistake. Despite ordering several days ahead of time, they failed to deliver the bouquet to my girlfriend’s office during business hours… meaning she got to sit and watch all of the other people in the office receive flowers, without getting any herself. When I called the shop, they apologized and told me how busy they were, and promised to change the delivery to our home address early that evening. «Early that evening» ended up being around 11:00 PM… I was shocked to hear the knock on our door that late at night. I was not happy about it, but the delivery guy seemed exhausted and beat down, so I couldn’t bring myself to give him a hard time about the tardy delivery. At least the flowers made it, albeit too late for the intended impact.
So Val Day rolls around again the next year and I decide to give them another chance. I order the arrangement a week ahead of time, but AGAIN they fail to make the delivery! When I called to tell them, they said «No problem, we’ll deliver it tomorrow.» Sorry, but it’s completely unacceptable to deliver flowers on the DAY AFTER the occasion they are intended to celebrate, plus my girlfriend was leaving on a business trip that day and wouldn’t even be around to receive them. Big time fail… leaves me wondering how many times they’ve delivered flowers a day late to a funeral.
Arranging for a refund also turned out to be a nightmare, as this shop loves to not answer their phone for hours on end. After dozens of calls, I finally spoke with a woman who did not have a good command of the English language. Eventually I got a refund credited to my card, but it wasn’t easy.
A few days after each order, they send an email asking for feedback on their service. Three times I’ve left reviews on their site… the first was positive (and is on their website to this day) but the other two were politely negative. Of course the negative reviews were immediately deleted.
I wouldn’t be leaving this review, except I just received their «reminder email,» nudging me to place another order. Sorry guys, not after the last two unpleasant experiences. I’d suggest you stop taking orders that you don’t have the capability to fill in a timely manner.

Best service I’ve been to! I’ve always bought my flowers here ever since I moved in from San Diego with my husband. He would always buy me flowers for our anniversary, and we could’ve never been happier. I love how the owner is polite and he understands what I want in flowers. He helped us for almost 3 years now, we’ve been their regular customers ever since!
