I was very pleased with the service here! I had made an appointment to get my hair done and the receptionist was very polite and informative. My hair stylist was concerned that the appointment before mine would run long, so she even called me ahead of time to warn me so I wouldn’t be stuck waiting. When I got there, I told them I was in a bit of a rush and she did a fantastic job in the amount of i had. She was attentive to my preferences and made sure I was satisfied. I would most definitely recommend this place to my friends and intend on going again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Jen! I have had my hair cut in NYC, LA, San Francisco… and honestly… Jen is the only one that has helped me control my curly hair! I no longer wish for straight hair! I absolutely love my curls and waves now!

guys, let me tell you something. i have moved — let me count — four times in the past year. Great Bend, PA to Great Bend, PA to Binghamton to Endicott to here. i reside in that vortex of awesome known as Ithaca — not the eye of the storm, but in the extra-​vortical spirally rural bit called Freeville. and i drive an hour each way about every 6 weeks to see this girl. she is THAT good.
i have mentioned before that i am fussy. i bring pictures — lots — and have vague, gesticulating ideas about how i want my hair to sit on my head. but holy shit, Alison gets it, every time. i want bangs, she gives me bangs. i change my mind, we take those buggers away. then i want bangs again, but this time it’s «fringe» and i don’t want them too heavy, and can you make me look like Zooey Deschanel, only more like me?
Done.
I had never felt like a new woman on leaving a hair salon. Alison cut my fringe, and holyshitconfidencebooster whaaaat? I felt like a new woman.
Also, free bang trims.
I have also never dyed my hair. I loooove my copper locks and would never do anything to disturb their color — but this whole chunky crazy neon color thing for summer 2012 is looking kinda appealing, seeing as how i never did the feathers last summer and have regretted it ever since, and i would not even trust MYSELF to dye my own hair. I texted Alison this past weekend and asked about doing it, and i am totes magotes setting myself up with an appointment to get sky-​blue pieces done this week.
N.B. Casa di Bella does accept credit cards — Alison does not. Bring yo’ moooolah and give that girl a tip, son!
