I’ve known Michael professionally for several years now and he is a man of his word. I appreciate that I can depend upon him to complete the job. In addition, he has a great attitude and is always willing to work with you. Thank you, Michael!

We finished our basement(~1700 sq. ft.) with Cohen & Cohen. The communication had a couple spurts at first, but they were going through some internal personnel changes. The quality of work was first class as was their price point. They delivered what they promised and were up front with any«extra» costs that came up, which were very few. The project lead, Mike, was amazing. We knew what was expected of us and what they were going to perform from the beginning. You could tell that they cared for our project as much as we did. Will definitely be using them in the future for other projects.

Prompt and punctual. This provider did a perfect, professional job for me. I had two«TV areas» remodeled. They were able to construct some new dry wall, create shelving and mount some brand new TV’s. The 70″ TV now has a full swivel mount, cinema lights above it and beautiful shelving below it. The 42″ TV is above a fireplace and the closest outlet is some distance away. No problem! They were able to create a flawless, cordless, TV viewing area(s) while staying within my budget. I have no problem referring them to any friends of mine. The project was done on time and they kept in constant communication with me. I really appreciated their attention to detail and genuine customer service. Two thumbs up!

We need a kitchen remodel. They said thats was there specialty. Only quote we got was for cabnets and countertop. Went picked out cabinets, ordered said cabnets, asked for install date did not get one. Waited got date, emailed him monday before. Was advised it was not a sure date. Hard to get insall date. Found out day before install that the countertop was taken out of the contract, they where only going to template it, not install. Should have read better but they should have advised that they changed it. The install guts showed up, they asked me for blue prints. I did not have them as the cabinet store sent them to you. an hour to get the blue prints. The did a good job, but when done i did not get a template for countertops. The guys said they knew nothing about that. For a specialist in kitchen remodel they did a good job with the cabinets.

I had a really good experience with this company. My knowledge of construction isn’t great so I had to rely on them to help me figure what could work and what couldn’t. Mike(carpenter) was awesome to work with. He kept me updated daily on what he was working on and what he felt he could accomplish that day. I wanted to pick out my own tile so I met him at Home Depot to have him look at a few of the options I was thinking about. He was super helpful looking at different materials and gave solid advise while keeping in mind what I wanted for the whole project(less expensive). I would definitely use these again. Just need to save up a little money for the next project.

Called Cohen & Cohen for a remodel project in my kitchen. After initial phone contact I made an appointment to have this company come to my house to review and discuss the project. I took off the afternoon from work just for this meeting. A company rep calls about a half-hour before the set time to inform me that he will be late. He starts to ask me questions over the phone about the project, as if he is deciding if it’s really worth his time. Says he’s coming, will be about half hour late. Once again, I get a call from him informing me that the project has to be at least $ 2500-$ 3000 to make it worth his while. Well I tell him, don’t bother! They won’t even invest a half hour to discuss the project. What do you think they would do if the project hit some problems? My decision was, don’t start when you’re having problems communicating before the project even begins. And this is a «service» company. Wow!
