Hico Distributing of Colorado

The not-​for-​profit I belong to does a big event every year and we use Helium for the balloon decorations. We have used HICO every year and have been very pleased every time. The staff is helpful and pleasant. This year the women who helped me at the counter even took my myself and my little 8 year friend to see the helium truck and explained what helium is to him. It was very nice. She answered all his questions and was happy to do so.

Called to get a helium tank from them but they had a shortage but she took the time to refer me to other companies that could possibly have some.

Making a balloon arch takes helium. Well, the easier way of making a balloon arch takes helium anyway so I had to rent a tank full of helium that would blow up enough balloons for the prom. These people were recommended to me by another shop and their rates seemed reasonable so I went with it.
I had scheduled a delivery by 3 pm and when it hadn’t shown up by 4 we started worrying. After a call it seemed that my instructions had been confused and the delivery was scheduled as late as possible after 3. As I was entering panic mode, the lady offered to let me cancel the delivery and run down there to pick up the tanks. While this wasn’t ideal at least we got the helium.
And when I got down there she gave me two tanks instead of one so we could blow up balloons that much faster. So, that was nice. And in the end the balloons were blown up and everything worked out well. Plus they picked up the tanks on the right day.
