Signal Graphics

I went here to have 12 transparencies printed off. The owner handled the printing and was confused as to what a «mirrored image» and «negative image» was. Red Flag #1. Then he went and told me he couldnt print two to a page because he would charge me 40 dollars just to go in and put each jpeg into a special program (for a normal printing machine like at kinkos, or a school) to print. When i told him he could just press the «two pages per side» button and showed him he told me no, and that i couldn’t do this on the machine (though i have done this many many times, on the same machine, i am sure you have too from a personal computer) Red Flag #2. Then he told me there would be a «handling fee» of three dollars which I said ok because i assumed it would be a one time fee for all six images, however he charged me for EACH image i brought in on a USB ready to go. Red Flag #4 The total for 12 transparency’s came to over 30 DOLLARS!!! I Immediately called three other signal graphics in the area explaining what happened and they told me that was crazy, i should have been charged at most 12 dollars as each one came out to 97 cents with no handling fee or anything else on top. I then went to OFFICE DEPOT and had 18 printed out for less than 7 dollars– Signal graphics charged me $ 4 per transperency, Other Signal Graphic locations charge you 97 Cents… and Office Depot 50 CENTS??? YOU CANT EVEN EXPLAIN AWAY THE DIFFERENCE IN COST !!! Poor business decision for sure, super shady and his explanations made no economical sense. I returned to the store with my receipts and research asking for a refund. I only received a partial refund and was also treated extremely rudely by the owner. He wouldnt allow me to make my case, cut me off, and was extremely nasty. I am surprised this place is still in business with their complete lack of knowledge and the blind taking advantage of customers. Really shameful business practices.

We have had our business cards and flyers printed at Signal Graphics Printing. They have a very quick turnaround and Dan and his team are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for all of your printing needs.
