For the price, this place is hard to beat. My girlfriend and I got the 12oz ribeye and 12oz NY strip, respectively. They were both excellent, though the strip could’ve been cooked a touch less.
You can absolutely get a better steak elsewhere, but you’d be hard pressed to get a better steak for the price.

No Bueno! Two visits, and both times disappointed. Steak always cooked wrong, but always quick to fix. Salmon had great flavor but way over cooked. Side of shrimp, holy salty as was my side of rice. Steamed veggies were great, but it’s hard to screw up broccoli and carrots. Would give one star, but service is friendly, beer is cold and well there is bread and honey butter. If that’s all you are going there for, then surely it’s a 5 star kind of place.

I am currently at the Road House going on hour number 2 to get are lunch. I really dont understand why is the service so terrible. I love this place but I really dont understand, if it wasnt for the Bronco game being on the TV I would just leave. I wont be coming back to this location, also I have a large party with me as well and they dont have their food either. Ok so the Manager Calven Graves and the waitress Courtney fixed are issue.

We visited last Saturday (12⁄12) for a late lunch on a snowy day. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated in Richard Finley’s section. From the time we sat down till the time we left we had the best service! I am originally from Texas so it is refreshing in Colorado to meet someone so friendly who enjoys their job and cares about making your experience the best it can be! My steak was a little undercooked, Richard was there very quickly after we received our food to check on us and whisked it away immediately back to the kitchen. The filet came back cooked perfectly medium, although it wasn’t the BEST steak I have had at TR before I still enjoyed it. Maybe you all changed meat suppliers? It was good but not as amazing as I remembered, we used to frequent the Aurora location.
We will be back to visit again soon, thanks again for the great service Richard! :-)

My faith in Texas Roadhouse has been restored! Although it may be this location is just awesome and staffed with extremely competent people! Food here is always the same, good! Hostess were really friendly as well! However I don’t think I’ve had such a friendly, enthusiastic, competent server like we did tonight in a looong time! I even knew I was being crazy asking for a chocolate shake (yes I’m 24 and had a shitty day okay) and even though it wasn’t on the menu he told me he would gladly have it made and was super sweet about it. It’s little things like that that can make someone’s day and the whole experience that much better. Obviously Chris gave us phenomenal service the whole time but his attitude and enthusiasm… wow. If I had a business of any industry I would want people like Chris to be promoting my brand. Good job Chris! Thank you for a great experience :)

It’s a great place to have a steak. I have never had a problem with my orders. Some steak houses over cook it or under cook the steak. They always get the order right. Can’t go wrong with the rolls either. The only thing I hate is the theme of the place.

Big shout out to the crew at this Texas Roadhouse! Steve, Becca, Andrew and Jacob took care of us and the whole staff greeted our group of about 50 people with huge smiles and amazing energy! After planning to go to a different restaurant we gave Texas Roadhouse a call to see if they could accommodate our request and they absolutely pulled through. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff was incredible and the food (I had the grilled salmon with broccoli) was cooked perfectly! Thank you for making our experience at your restaurant one to remember.

This particular TR must have good management. Every single employee we walked by greeted us with a «hello» or «have a nice night» or «did everything turn out the way you wanted?»
You can tell they have good management that trickles on down to the employees.

I fail to see why every cook thinks if they put handfuls of salt and garlic powder on the food, magically they are a chef.

There’s really only a few things I can order, being lactose intolerant and a pescatarian my options are REALLY limited. But that being said, I normally order the grilled salmon.
My salmon came out REALLY undercooked, like raw in the center. (It was a pretty thick piece of salmon so it’s understandable). I asked them to make a new one and they did and they comped my salmon since by the time it came out my boyfriend was done with his meal. Really nice of them. Some places don’t do that, but it was really nice and I really appreciated the gesture
Very impressed with the level of customer service.
I’d also like to add it’s kind of annoying there are male and female waitresses but only the females are the ones who dance. We asked about it and were told the men don’t want to. Too bad, it’s in the job description stop making just the ladies dance!
Only 4 not 5 because it’s a chain and I rarely give 5 stars for chains.

We now have a Denver location, but we tried it and left that location very unsatisfied and returned to going back to this location. The service is amazing … especially Jacob and Zosha, food is excellent, great atmosphere. So it’s not a close location for us, but it’s just that worth while. If anything is wrong the management is quick to correct it immediately. ENJOY FOLKS!!!

They make a mean steak here. All their sides are house-​made, and they claim from scratch. I had the rib eye and the wife had the chicken fried chicken. The food quality here is very good. The service is on par with any national chain restaurant. There is a full bar available with a decent draft beer selection.
Personally, I wouldn’t work in a place that forces me to dance every hour (especially country line dancing — I’ve always seen that as an especially distrubing type of forced conformity) or wear a T-​shirt that says, «I love my job» on the back, but I don’t mind eating there. I know that when I go to Texas Roadhouse, I’ll find a decent variety on the menu and I can enjoy a good steak cooked just like I ordered it.
